Great service, the staff is really friendly and super clean. The place was clean, the staff was always making sure the areas are clean. Thats a good look. Pizza was great, recommend the pepperoni, pepperoni and jalapeños was a 4 out of 5. The cheese sticks are great, they also had dessert pizza, brownies and cinnamon rolls.

General Manager Rosa is exceptional! She’s not just running a restaurant, she genuinely cares about every guest, maintains an incredibly clean establishment, and is deeply invested in supporting Coppell. Rosa’s smile is contagious.
Community Partnership:
Rosa generously donated hundreds of coupons for Key Club of Coppell High School students and 10 pizzas for the Kiwanis Club of Coppell charter dinner. She also offers nonprofit fundraiser nights, when a nonprofit coordinates & guests dine mentioning the participating organization, she’ll donate a portion of sales back to that group. An amazing opportunity for local schools, sports teams, churches, and nonprofits!

Came for the buffet, it was great. They don’t do personal pizza over here anymore but you can still order custom pizza. The custom is full size but you can order just half, they put the other half for everyone else to eat. Dirty dish pick up is fast and the workers are nice.

Absolutely the best tasting pizza very cheesy & well seasoned loved it. Excellent service & they keep the tables very clean by often removing used plates, cups, utensils & napkins. I was very impressed. Definitely deserves a 5 star rating!!!

Food was very average tonight . Quit combining old pizza on the buffet bar. Throw it away, and serve fresh pizza. The manager automatically charged me for a large drink to go! I don’t drink that much, and wanted a regular. Also way too noisy with people on the floor sitting there not eating . Even the kids weren’t as loud as them ! Not enjoyable.

01/05/26: Thank you for the chicken soup, thank you for my favorite BBQ pizza, Thank you for the cheese bread, triple thank you for the Bavarian, Cinnamon, Pumpkin, Chocolate, and Apple desserts!
11/12/25: We were starving and then we arrived. Greeted with a smile, we couldn’t wait. I started with the Chicken Soup and Salad. Then, I tasted all the pizzas present. Yes, now I’m really full. Wow, another great experience!
08/18/25: Another excellent experience! I really like it when somebody says “Welcome to CiCi’s! “. We walked in the dorm that was the first thing we heard. My personal favorites are the chicken soup followed by the cheese bread and then my new favorite the barbecue chicken pizza and the hot chicken pizza.

The atmosphere AROUND this gets better rating than the actual place. The staff is beyond terrible. I approximately arrived at 8pm 2hrs til closing. With the expectations of a full service buffet. When arrived there were cold pizzas and cold dessert out. I specifically came just for the cinnamon rolls, nothing in addition. However cashier convinced me to get the wings since I would’ve been getting all flats. After wasting my tastebuds on cold cinnamon rolls to only get my wings all drums.! The cashier then informs me they didn’t have all flats. I requested for a refund as I didn’t intend to get the wings to begin with. She went to her manager who then decided to state “he can remake the food”. Now this statement alone draws confusion because either the flats weren’t available to fulfill my order as requested or they would’ve remade the same mistake of drums instead of flats. Nonetheless I told the cashier I’d just like my money back for the wings so I could leave. The manager storms up front quickly counts out $8 and slaps it on the counter stating “there you go”. Let’s also keep in mind I wasn’t yelling making a scene or being disrespectful to anyone, or spoken to the manager but do as you will with this review. I won’t be back.

I have been a loyal customer of Cicis Pizza since 2000. I started visiting their location in Metairie, Louisiana. It is disappointing that the current system does not recognize my long history as a customer. However, I still enjoy this restaurant. It remains a great place for a pizza buffet. The food is consistent and the environment is pleasant. I will continue to visit for the variety they offer.
