Went to this Burger King yesterday, June 9th at about 1pm, ordered a whopper sandwich and it came with mold, unbelievable. $14 down the drain!!!

Customer service deserving of minimum wage. I get not being happy at work…I could never pretend to be but a simple “Hi, how are you” and a “Thank you, have a nice day” are the BARE MINIMUM. Not standing around laughing and looking at me like I’m from another planet waiting me to speak to you.

This Burger King is part of the Route 24 truck stop. It is an older facility but well maintained with large clean restrooms and a large common eating area that is shared with Dunkin’ Donuts. This is a fine place for a bathroom break but there is no food sold by Burger King that I want.

The “night manager” the worst worker I have ever met. Not only did she cause a scene after being rude and disrespectful she told me I could not get my money refunded, nor could I get my food, and she was threatening to call the cops, as she does to people every night. She is the worst, you should see the videos of how she’s acting.

I ordered the chicken wraps and I think they rushed it because it tasted like it was not even fully cooked so I ended up throwing it in the garbage maybe on a good day when it is cooked right it taste much better.

I was on my way back home and decided to give this place another try. Guess what? They mess up again. Ordered bacon king and it came with no bacon on it. I call in the store since I was going back to Cape cod and couldn’t come back. The guy on the phone said to came back another day and he can get my burger right. Unbelievable

How is this a 24 hour store but when you pull up to order at late hours its closed. I’ve been told closed till 3, 330, 4. Its fun working nights then try to get dinner from them and they are closed. Do better.
