One of the best things that I like about this restaurant is everything tasted fresh. All of the food that I had was made from scratch. The fries are so good and come out hot and crisp. You have to have the beignet the dessert these were amazing. They definitely had a ton of confectioner sugar and it made it taste so good we could dip the pastry in the sugar it was amazing. This is also a place that prides themselves in service. The staff was amazing. The place is super clean as well.

You know you are in for a good meal when even a simple salad tastes great because their d reading is so good. We enjoyed every bite of our meal. We had salad, crawfish bisque which was just the right amount of spices with nice big pieces of crawfish. We got the shrimp and grits and bread pudding fritters for dessert. We will definitely be coming back.

My fiancé and I were traveling from Georgia. I’m originally from Mississippi and have been to New Orleans many times, and I can honestly say this food was amazing. The chef, the service, and the atmosphere were all top-tier. Side note: Mr. Harlan is such a great guy with an incredible story. Be sure to stop by and enjoy this great food paired with great music.

The best dining experience during our time in Chattanooga. The food and service was top notch, better than many 5-star restaurants I have dined at.
The food is outstanding and unique in its New Orleans style.
We ordered the fried gator bites to start (remoulade sauce was insanely good), New Orleans Pasta (with crawfish shrimp and andouille) and the shrimpalaya(jambalaya). Upon recommendation of our excellent server, we also tried the strawberry infused bread pudding for dessert.
There was a good selection of New Orleans beer on draft as well as excellent wine and mixed drinks.
Our servers were attentive and incredibly kind young men who were attending college in Chattanooga. The bartender was an excellent young woman who stayed on top of our orders and made excellent suggestions.
What an amazing team!
If you’re debating dinner tonight, go check out this wonderful establishment! You will not be disappointed.

We tried this place because of the great reviews and pictures of the food that looked delicious. We are celebrating 30 years of marriage and drove 1 hour to try this place. Let me tell you it was worth the drive. The Sothern comfort dish was excellent. Crispy fish fried just right, the greens were awesome and the gouda grits cooked to perfection. Everything was delicious. My husband ordered Shrimpalaya. It was delicious and full of flavor. Mike the ower was very kind to us and helpful. The co-owner was from our neck of the woods. He took our picture and was very kind as well. If you’re looking for a real southern New Orleans meal they got what you’re looking for.

Love this restaurant! This was our first visit, but they made us feel like old friends. From the moment we walked in until we left was an amazing experience. We were greeted right away by Harlin, who introduced us to chef Mike, we were then seated and met our servers. We had three different servers who were all so friendly and attentive. We started with the gator tails, the remoulade was delightful. Then we had the shrimp and grits and the French creole pasta. Both dishes were amazing and so flavorful. We finished it off with beignets. Probably the best ones I’ve ever eaten. The food here is very authentic and the service is the phenomenal. We will definitely be going again and highly recommend eating here.

First visit and I will definitely be back. As someone who is from South Louisiana Blue Orleans filled a food void that had been missing. I had the a trio which consisted of chicken and sausage gumbo, chicken and sausage jambalaya and red beans and rice. I was smiling the whole time I was eating. Beyond the amazing food the atmosphere was pleasant and classy. The staff outstanding right down to Chef who always had a smile. If you are in the area and looking for authentic Louisiana this is your place.

Absolutely love this restaurant! The beignets were incredible definitely pictureworthy and the gator bites were delicious even though I didn’t snap a photo. The staff is always so sweet and welcoming, which makes every visit even better
