I came in at around 5 AM and got my food within give minutes. The waffle was the best I’ve had and the eggs were fine. The hash browns had the consistency of noodles which was “different” but they were crisped and fresh and delicious nonetheless. The waiter also hooked me up which was nice. We also came right before our group of 15 other friends (my group was just three) and they all got this food together with maybe a 10 min wait time and staff was nice.

Great, chill waffle house experience. Everybody is super friendly and the food is solid. Highly recommend the breakfast sandwich, hash browns, and grits above all else. For some reason the eggs aren’t great, but definitely worth a trip regardless!

Went in at around 4pm on a Monday for a patty melt and chocolate chip waffles. The staff were friendly enough so the takeout experience wasn’t bad at all. When I got home though, I saw that I got plain waffles and no choco chips. Now I understand that mistakes are inevitable for everyone, but I’d be more forgiving if I wasn’t literally the only customer there, and if the staff member helping my order didn’t go right back to talking to the other staff members after handing me the bag instead of rechecking my order :(. Will probably go again but will make sure everything is there.

This is like the second time I’ve came to this restaurant and they never give me all of my food. They always forget something. It’s either something forget to put that I paid extra for or this time they just didn’t even put the waffle in it. So I try to make the best of it but my eggs didn’t have the cheese I asked for. The grits were just a big lump stuck together and my sausage was hard. I only stay maybe 10 minutes from the restaurant and that is how my food was when I got home.

The staff are verbally welcoming and thanking you when coming / going. I still will go back, but aside from not getting coffee refills as fast as i like, the staff all seem to be very nice and friendly. I watched, and in between orders when it got slow, they were carefully cleaning withbgood attention to detail.

Not sure of his name, but your guy on the griddle is incredible. Kinda tall white guy with glasses either short hair or bald. The way he talks about food and food prep that I overheard, down to getting the burger patties to be optimally juicy. He is very observant and cares. If you don’t retain him someone else will. He has a kind but authoritative manner.

service has gone incredibly downhill. sat down to wait after work for a table of 2 and was there for about 20 mins. 2 tables of teenagers were sat before us despite them coming after. just ended up leaving; not cool.

The staff here were very friendly and accommodating even when I came in with a challenge for them, and were able to get my $200 order completed in a very timely manner while keeping a very positive attitude. Unfortunately I was not able to locate the survey they had mentioned on the receipt I was given as it was a reprint (if yall read this give yourselves 5 stars), but very much appreciated not only the timely and friendly customer service but the care that was given to the food as it was being made for my office.

I went out for a late breakfast with my partner at this waffle house and it was a lovely experience. The store was definitely busy and staff seemed overwhelmed and understaffed. This did not stop the great service we received from out waitress. The food came out in a good amount of time and tasted delicious. The prices have definitely risen but are still affordable.
