Staff was fairly attractive. Not as willing to refill drinks as I would like. Typical fare. Dessert was OK. Potstickers and hand rolled wonton where my favorite. Honey chicken was pretty good.

Its a buffet so you get what you would expect. This place gets very busy after church so make sure to get there quickly. They make you stand in lind staring at people eat so that was a strange encounter instead of having people wait outside and they give a buzzer or something. They also were very stingy about putting out fresh food such as lo mein, sweet and sour chicken and crab ragoons. The crab ragoons are very good and we’re fresh at yhe end when we were leaving its as if they push other items they know are not as popular.

Clean, fresh and tasty – regular Chinese buffet selection. We came at lunch time, service was quick – could definitely make it in and out on a lunch break! Right at $31 for 2 people with drinks. PS you must try the peanut chicken!

Very sharp atmosphere in a good way. The food is very fragrant. What you would expect from a chinese buffet in america. Entrees include general tsos, frog legs, and more. There are some sushi options. Obligatory rice cooker. The chopsticks were a bit splintered more than you would expect. Overall yummy.

Everything on the buffet was hot, fresh, and delicious! The buffet was tended to promptly and kept clean.The selection was good, service was prompt. We were traveling thru going home and stopped based on other reviews. I would definitely recommend, and eat here again at China Buffet!

I have lived in Shelby for 6 years and this is the first time to the China Buffet. Upon entering I thought the decor was nice and seemed to be very clean. We were greeted right away and seated she took our drink order…it came promptly. Large selection on the five station buffet. Sushi was offered and made fresh by an chef. Great selection of noodles, chicken, shrimp. They had a salad bar and fresh fruit even ice cream in a cup. Service was nice an food reasonable at a little over 12 dollars for all you can eat. Needless to say we are satisfied and stuffed.

I gave 4 stars because the hostess was rude. She tried to fuss with me about a drink. Like I told her what I was going to pay for. I can’t help if you can’t understand. I probably will not be eating here anytime soon. Their prices has went up. (I understand that, that’s most of America now) Other than that the bar was very clean.My waitress was on point with the drinks and stuff. The hostess needs to learn respect

I wish I could leave a better review However during our visit we were not notified there water was not working when we had to use the restroom we could not because there were signs that said no water on the bathrooms which explains why we had to purchase bottled water when they seated us. We couldn’t stay long because if you had to use the bathroom you couldn’t use it because the establishment had no water so no flushing toilets and it made me think if they have signs that say no water how are the washing their produce or dishes. This establishment should have shut down on this day because they had no water. The small amount of food we ate was not great before we had to leave to go find a working bathroom somewhere else.

Food was delicious! Really! Kept our waters filled, table cleared. Hot food on buffet, good selections. Handicap accessible. You would need help getting food ftom buffet if in a wheelchair. Restrooms ok, dated but reasonably clean for age of building. Toilets way too low though…
