Apparently they can’t read orders!!!! Is it really that hard.. did not receive my DQ ice cream sandwich or my BBQ sauce with chicken basket and very little fries! The guy even asked my dasher to see the order on the app and still didn’t get it right. Will never order from there again!!!!

I’m a patient person but there has to be a limit. My wife and I arrived here at around 9:58AM. They open at 10. We were the only ones there. My wife sat down and I went up to the counter and waited, waited, waited, waited. I could see a gentleman cooking 2 grills of hamburgers and pulling them off the grill. He also had a basket full of chicken tenders he was pulling out of the grease. THERE WAS NO ONE THERE!!! They obviously do not cook your food to order. I waited a full 8 1/2 minutes at the counter, got my wife and we left. Pathetic!! WE WILL NOT BE BACK! I’ll get my ice cream from Jack’s moving forward

Went in for the $0.85 blizzard and found out it was only for the app. Then asked what a mini blizzard would cost and they said $4.39. Not happy at all. The last time I bought a mini blizzard it was only $0.99 which wasn’t that long ago. Would have loved to have bought a couple for my wife and myself but being retired I couldn’t afford even the mini blizzard. Dissatisfied customer!

They were out of like all the seasonal blizzards (which isn’t there fault for not having the ingredients) I ended up getting the chocolate dipped strawberry seasonal one and it was prepared incorrectly (had no cheesecake) I went inside and the guy was very sweet and had them remake it. Well then instead of no cheesecake this time it was cheesecake crumble (supposed to be pieces) on the top and no strawberry and just tasted like vanilla ice cream (which I know the base is vanilla but it’s supposed to have at least a hint of strawberry) Keep in mind while I was waiting for it to be made again (incorrectly) my other blizzard was in the car melting so I ended up having to go to the frozen yogurt shop to get all new ice cream for us because I didn’t want to bother them again if they were struggling to make it two times in a row. It’s not the fault of the guy who was up front he was very nice but I just think they need to be trained on how to make the seasonal blizzards better. They were nice and the service was fine they just need to have more guidance on how to prepare the new items I believe. I’ve had this dipped strawberry chocolate blizzard multiple times now but this was the first time getting it from this location and I was disappointed.

Always slow. Been here on MULTIPLE occasions and the service has never improved. I am coming to dairy queen so I don’t expect Michelin star quality food but, I don’t think its unreasonable to receive orders in a timely fashion at a fast food restaurant. Half the time the orders are wrong after waiting for an unreasonable time. The workers lack care and punctuality. Please do better. This is our only dairy queen.

I have tried to come here three different times, and every time I have been let down. I ordered a medium blizzard with 4x extra peanut butter cups. I see the receipt shows I paid for 4x extra. Then I get what is in my photo. I am so sick and tired of this place messing up what is supposed to be a simple order. Service and atmosphere were okay but their consistent inability to complete my very simple order every time is unacceptable. I will NEVER go back to this Dairy Queen again.
