Just purchased 2 items from this location a bowl and a plate. The chow mean was burnt and the smoked pass it down to the rice it was awful. Drove 35 minutes for nothing just to get sick. Anytime something burns PLEASE throw it away now my stomach hurt. I know I’m not the only customer that got served burnt chow mean. I used like this location but will stop coming for this same reason. They should’ve thrown the chow mean away as soon as they smelled it was getting burned, but they decided to make a profit from it and got me sick.

This one of the few fast food chain restaurants that still serves your food up and cares about your satisfaction. I was unhappy with how the zucchini chunks were more than the chicken I got in my KungFoo chicken meal and Brayden actually stepped in and made it right without an hassle at all. He is an example of what makes a company great.
I always am satisfied with the taste and service. Lately the price has gotten a bit steep but that’s almost everywhere. Have you ever seen a time in history where places lower prices? Well when you do it will cause a great restaurant commotion and set panic in across the sector. I do think we will get there soon!

BEWARE: Panda Express US 36 Avon, IN
So disappointed, food was good until I bit into this metal object buried in my food. Glad I realized it before too much damage was caused. I literally have never experienced this anywhere. Then to see other reviews wherw customers had found screws and plastic in there food also. I would absolutely never return. What if child had gotten ahold of this, an elder…. If I had not realized and swallowed this it could have torn up my insides. This is unsatisfactory, unacceptable, unsanitary and DANGEROUS. I will be reporting to the local health department.

Had great service. Was using the drive thru and it was 10 cars deep. Way impressed! Order was completed correctly and staff were extremely friendly. Highly recommend!

At 9 pm we went through the drive thru to spend the usual $50 on a late meal. For some reason they can’t make the entrees we order, we are out of that for the night, we are told , with the absolute worst costumer service possible, snotty attitude. It’s always something here . If you are open until 1030, you full fill the orders until then, or at least note you have a limited menu. The 6 workers were too busy pulling trash and rushing customers out the door 1 1/2 hours before close. Bring back the male manager,, these females have no respect and the shittiest customer service in Avon.

I ordered some food for me and my husband. During his meal , he found a screw in his peppered steak. Please be aware ! and pick through your food before you eat it. We will never eat here again . This could have nearly killed him if he would have injected it .
