I had heard great things about Five Guys and finally gave it a try at the Friendly Shopping Center in Greensboro. Honestly, I expected a much better burger for the price. The taste was okay, but nothing that really stood out. The burger was juicy but kind of messy, and the fries were average. For what they charge, I think Burger King offers a better burger experience overall. Not terrible, but not worth the hype in my opinion. 3 stars from me.

Basic 5 guys and fries cheeseburger. Tasty with quick service. A little tough getting to store front due to construction. Finally just parked in vicinity and hooded around barricades, dirt and other obstacles to get there in September 2025

Nola, one of the managers, was extremely helpful, kind, and empathetic when I called the store regarding a mishap with my order. I was initially very upset, but her calm and reassuring tone made it impossible for me to stay frustrated. The way she handled the situation over the phone left such a positive impression. I can only imagine how impactful she must be in person. She truly turned my experience around. 5 stars for her it’s only 4 stars because my bacon and fries were missing.

Honestly nothing to really boast about here. The staff on the day I went looked like they’d rather be somewhere else. The lady at the register didn’t need to be there. She was eventually moved to the back to the grill. Food was okay but not worth the price tag nor the hype. I don’t mind paying for a fresh burger but this was about Sonic level to me.

Great burgers & love the fresh cut fries from Idaho. Unlimited peanuts makes for a nice appetizer. The place always seems clean& the service is great. Pricing seems a bit high but nevertheless, this is a very good burger place.

Ordered a regular cheeseburger with mayo, lettuce, tomatoes, raw onions, and grilled mushrooms. When I got home, the burger seemed smaller than it should be. Opened up the bun and there was no lettuce, tomatoes, and onions. Very unacceptable. If they have trouble getting orders correct, then I need to take my business elsewhere. You pay 19 dollars for a burger and fries, one should expect a correct order. The fries were good.

Food is good, but if you order ahead they still make you wait on fries so you are always waiting. Interior is plain and always a little messy. Also, super expensive for a burger thats mediocre at best.
