I visited San Antonio to participate in a competition. Today, at 6:26 pm, I placed an order for a McFlurry. Subsequently, a couple, who ordered after me, placed a large order and received their items promptly and without difficulty. In contrast, my order took an excessively long time, and by 6:44 pm it had not yet arrived, leading me to leave empty-handed and feel disappointed. I would want them to improve in efficiency and teamwork this could vastly improve the system in which people would get their orders and be satisfied.

I’m very disappointed with our experience tonight (February 16, 2026, around 7:50p.m.). We placed our order and were told at the window to pull forward because we requested fries without salt. That’s understandable we know that can take a few extra minutes. However, we ended up waiting over 30 minutes, and it was not busy at all. Someone eventually came out and asked for our receipt, but there was no apology for the long wait. When they brought the food out, it was only half of our order. We had to park, go inside, and bring our receipt in to get the rest of our food ourselves. The manager on duty that night did not act professional. There was no apology, no acknowledgment of the delay, and no effort to offer any kind of solution for the excessive wait. No one said thank you. There were a lot of young employees standing around, and the lack of communication and customer service was very noticeable. I had two hungry kids waiting nearly 30 minutes for food, and not even a simple “sorry for the wait” was given. That’s unacceptable. Please do better.

Placed my order on McDonald’s app for curbside. Arrived 10 minutes after placing my order. Upon arrival I wasnt as frustrated. As I watched 10 different cars pass through the drive thru, I started to get irritated. Then after 5 more cars pass through the drive thru, I finally get my order. I only ordered a large French fry. Not sure what could have possibly made my order take sooooo long. I place the order next to me in the passenger seat to go home and enjoy my salty craving. Sit down and then become absolutely baffled. I wasted gas and money for a large fry, just to get home and be hit with what we call a smedium fry. Not medium but not small. Definitely not the large I ordered. Guess that teaches me to check my darn order before I leave the restaurant.

Tried to order breakfast there this morning. Was told to use the kiosk instead by a rude employee. When we asked her to take our order, she loudly said “can I help you” like we had inconvenienced her. We said no, never mind and left. Whataburger was half a block away. We went there and the employee there was happy to take our order. I haven’t eaten there in quite a while but I really enjoyed it. I’ll be going back. Thanks for forcing us to make a different choice.

I’ve been here several times and have never had a good experience. Slow service, wrong orders, and when either of the above is, kindly, mentioned the younger staff are rude. Their manager probably just needs a long vacation where they can recharge and come back to fix the culture.
I also can’t imagine it’s very easy to get younger staff that actually care about customers these days. That has to be super challenging, especially in a smaller town.
Ex. I had a younger staff person tell me that I wasn’t supposed to use the table number/tents at the order kiosk and blamed their slow service on me because I wasn’t listening for my number to be called. (I was watching my kids in the kids area)
I explained to her the at the kiosk clearly stated that I was supposed to take the number to my table and they would bring me my food. She said “Well that’s not how we do it.”
I tried to explain how they probably should do it that way (since that’s the instructions the customers are given and all other McDonalds do it the way the kiosk explains) and she got very upset and argumentative.
I told her I’d go talk to her manager about it and began to get up. So, she ran ahead of me, got her managers arm, and dragged her to the back. (Where I can only assume she lied to her) because I stood there for about 10 minutes and the manager never came back out.
That’s completely inappropriate. It’s the job of a manager to handle these kinds of things and prioritize the customer.
I think it may have just been a shift manager, I’m not sure.

Never again. Absolutely bizarre establishment. Ordered through the app- 2 happy meals and 2 ice cream cones for my kids- shouldn’t be a big deal, right? Well…we literally waited 37 minutes not even exaggerating one second! Could have been 38 minutes lol! They had one child, disabled teenager who was bringing orders to cars! 1 disabled teen!!! There was no line in the drive thru- no excuse for having a disabled child walk food to cars- absolutely insane. I went inside because the only kid that was bringing food out to cars looked in distress- long reddish blonde hair all over his face, flat affect, unusual gait- why would they do this to him!?!? Anyway, I went inside and even after 40+ minutes, food wasn’t ready ♀️ when I say there was no line- literally no line. It was so strange. I don’t know the management situation at this establishment but someone needs to speak up about 1 disabled child working their bones off while the people inside just meander around. Definitely something to check into- health department? I have no idea. Something strange is most definitely occurring.

Although most kiosk are not operational, I was able to order quickly and receive my order swiftly after. My son dropped his egg from his McGriddle on the floor and Chelsea replaced it with a fresh one, free of charge even after I offered to pay for it. She was also delivering dine in orders to other customers in a timely manner. Great customer service skills! Will most likely return again! Thank you!

This place has gone down dramatically in Service of the inside customers and cleanliness. It’s always dirty. And they make no effort to interact with people waiting for their order, or inquire if they need help or are waiting for something. It’s really the night shift, tbh. A few times I waited 2+ hrs for my food. I was there for a few hours so I wasn’t in a rush, as I was doing school work. I digress.

I was waiting for 10 minutes for a coffee they told me I needed to go through the drive through once I go back to the drive through they told me that they don’t have my order and I needed to go inside of the store! I wasted over 30 minutes for 2 coffees. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

The Mc Donald’s on court street in Seguin is by far the WORST McDonald’s I’ve ever been to! My last two experiences will definitely be my last trips there! The fries both times were undercooked,soggy and COLD!!! They are by far the slowest “fast food”place I’ve ever been to! Never again will I go there!
