We normally do a mobile order through the drive-through and have minimal issues. However, the last two times we have went it has been a disaster with our mobile order floating through the database, despite my phone saying where I was, my code & my order. I had to wait for 20+ minutes I was in the drive-through asked to come inside and my order eventually came through Which necessarily isn’t their fault But no one knew how to resolve the issue or what was going on. Then this is my fault for not checking, but I was irritated from my wait time. Get home and someone’s meal is not in the bag so back I go wait again to get the correct food— & of course, wait some more.
Between driving there, putting the order in waiting and waiting driving home getting food out to going back and waiting this whole dinner run took one hour & I live 5 minutes away.

Inside is clean, and good to eat inside. Staff is nice. We eat once every two weeks here. Online pick up orders, curbside, mostly. We only order for two people. While they are very quick to bring our the food. 3 out of 5 times the order isn’t right. They forget a burger or give us 2 of something and one of the other when it was reversed, or just don’t give us a few items, or wrong size drinks. I just check before we leave to make sure. They always correct it.

They ran out of bags and decided to send drinks home in this flimsy cardboard box. That box handle ripped as soon as I got through the door. Good quality thinking McDonalds. 2 stars because, even though I couldn’t drink them, the drinks ACTUALLY came with straws this time.

Place used to be really good but I think they hired and fired some people on night shift because since I stopped hearing the Mexican music blasting on the speaker, now my food is always gross, dry ect and they almost always forget something

We ordered here two dbl quarter pounders without the bun. They put both orders in same container. Even had my husband wait for it by pulling up. Get the food home cut into it RAW both sandwiches! I call to speak to the manger a lot of playing on the phone finally someone who stated they were the manager with a name I could not understand proceeds to tell me that happens sometimes. I’m like that’s your answer …that should never happen food poisoning can kill people. I then called corporate. If that’s they way you answer your customers you should be ashamed!!

In the past I have struggled to get a good meal and good service here. I love Sausage Egg McMuffins Big Macs and Iced coffee, I frequent McDonald’s often, mostly this location as it is close to home. Someday those McDonald’s will be considered a vintage McDonald’s or maybe a retro McDonald’s. They still have a hostess that will help customers to their seats and even get them a refill on coffee. They have free newspapers that stay at the restaurant. The food is excellent. I received my order without any errors. As mentioned above there’s great customer service as evidence of a hostess. It might be my imagination I think the food tastes better at this McDonald’s than other locations. The dining room does appear a bit dated but the quality is good. It would be nice if there was a TV or two to watch.

I came here this morning as I usually do before work. I have never encountered a problem before. So I ordered a number 2. They forgot my hashbrown so I went in with my order and receipt. Upon coming in there was no one up front . There are at least three people standing where you get the orders and the hashbrowns. I stand there about 5 minutes still no one acknowledged I was there. So after waiting this long and needing to get to work on time I said hello, still no one looked I said hello again still no one acknowledged I was there so I said it louder and finally some one came over . After getting my hashbrown I went to the restroom to wash my hands and when I came out I guess the assumed I was gone and a Caucasian gentleman was sitting there mocking me like hello hello and was making jokes well maybe if you would have acknowledged I was standing there in the first place I would not have to said hello to get service. The manager I assume who was in regular clothes was not saying anything to him she was standing there taking parts of the conversation which is unprofessional. I have came to this location for about 8 years I will now switch another location due the they way I was treated here
