In 2025, it’s difficult to find a clean fastfood location where the service is impeccable. This Del Taco location has all of the above. Del Taco isn’t necessarily my favorite restaurant but man, it’s hard not to want to support these guys. They are constantly cleaning the dining room. Yes, you heard that right. They actually clean the dining room all day. Great atmosphere and they even have a playground for the kiddos.

I am new to del taco, but have come to enjoy it as its the only thing open 24/7. The issue is the service is very hit or miss. I just tried to place an order online, went to go pick it up and I just couldnt. It was about 430am, I sat at the drive through speaker for a few minutes, no response. Tried to go to the window to see if I could see anyone, store looked empty. I ended up driving around and I did see someone inside eventually. That was after seeing multiple screens in the kitchen flashing like there were orders needing to be made that were being ignored for too long (like mine) and the guy cleared the screens and then walked away so I figured id try the drive through again and the something happened. So I ended up just having to give up and cancel my order. I do not understand the point of being open 24/7 if its impossible to get food all the time. I get it, its the overnight shift snd they are not exciting. But if its that slow to the point of not taking orders, just dont be open all night then

Last night on Halloween, my father and I were harassed by a worker by the name of Victor at the St. George Utah bluff deltaco location. He had given us our food then our card declined. He then yelled at us because it was busy and we were wasting his time, we offered to give the food back and that we would call the bank and get back in line. He then said ” I doubt that” as we drove off. Once we figured out our issue with our card we got back in line to pay. I asked to speak to his manager which his response was there was no manger he was in charge for the night. I tried to tell him that the way he was speaking to his costumers was inappropriate. He then ignored me and said he was only talk to “the man in the car”. He told my dad that the food was free and my dad kept trying to explain that we didnt want free food we wanted to talk to a manager and his apology. I have a video of the transaction I can provide if the owner care to do something about it please let me know where to send this video to. In the video he does not let me speak, speaks over me, says he doesn’t talk to girls. Then points out the outfit I was wearing (my halloween costume) saying “look what shes wearing”. Not pictured in the video he mocks me with facial expressions. Then when my dad yelled to stop arguing he said “yeah listen to him” which my dad responds with “that goes for you as well not just her”. I told him that I was recording and going to report him he responds with “yeah make me go viral, enjoy your free food”. This behavior is unacceptable for someone who works in customer service and I hope no one else ever has to deal with what we dealt with. Especially for other women out there. This man is not safe and should not be working in customer service with a hot headed temper.

I recently visited this Del taco location while I was waiting for my Tesla to receive a charge at the nearby charging station. I went inside to use the bathroom and get a quesadilla. The quesadilla was delicious. The staff was kind and friendly and overall I had a great experience.

The bean burritos with cheese were great last night. They made them big not skimpy like in some del tacos. The service was very nice. The place is clean and the people were very friendly. Definitely will be back to this del Taco

i ordered a strawberry milkshake, but she got me vanilla and i wanted a receipt but they didn’t even hand it to me, i told the lady working there that this wasn’t what i ordered then she said that they were out, which is fine but they didn’t even give me a refund or tell me they were out. they were unfriendly and lazy at their job.

When you have 3 hungry teenagers you take advantage of Taco Tuesday. Considering the place was packed the kitchen staff moved efficiently and effectively. My LARGE order was filled accurately and completely quickly and will attention to the special requests.
The food was hot and what you’d expect from a fast food Taco joint. I’ve always liked Del Taco and while this location has had its ups and downs the current team was ran well and even with as busy as it was the store was clean and well maintained.

A chubby man with short black hair and glasses during the 1am shift on Wednesday morning was very unprofessional in the drive thru window. He made comments suggesting a girl use her looks to her advantage and to hang up on her boyfriend after being outed for flirting. Very disappointed that this is the service to be expected, it’s very uncomfortable and unsettling.
