Food is decent when you get what you order for. If you order 8pcs of chicken you’ll get 6. The large family sides seem more like an extended small. If the intention is to feed a family of 4 with an 8pc family meal, good luck, everyone is going to still be hungry. I don’t blame the portion size on the store itself, but the fact that they can’t count is on them. I even contacted corp via the survey, asking for a call back, and have yet to receive one. If I ever go back, I’ll be sure to check my box prior to leaving to make sure I got everything. I’m giving the food 3⭐ because I didn’t get everything I ordered for.

I ate in here with my boys the other day food was good but fries have way to much salt!!! Also the the tables are way to small. Where constantly knocking into each others tray. And lastly the toilet paper dispenser was on the ground!!

Do Not Enter!…We stopped our trip for a quick bite. The fact that it wasn’t busy should have been a clue. The bathrooms were undesirable. The room door did not want close & had to be shoved which gave slasher vibes. The stall in a post lunch rush maybe forgiving for being a little dirty but not that petri dish. There was more water coming out of the bottom of the faucet than the top.

The servers were in idle mode. It can stated that I wrote this review faster than I was served. The drive thru is the way to go to avoid the stench of burning coffee at the self-serve area.

Went for dinner with my son tonight. The entitled heavy set girl working the drive-thru, lost my receipt before I even paid, we all make mistakes so it was not a big deal. After paying I was asked to pull up to the door due to them waiting on fresh chicken, again not an issue as I completely understood. I waited for roughly 20mins for the food I had ordered and during that time, multiple cars had already ordered and gotten their food, while I was still waiting. I ended up having to walk in and ask if my order was forgotten due to the excessive wait. The girl that was working the drive-thru started getting an attitude and talking trash about me to her coworker. What exactly was said, I can’t tell you, but I can say that the coworker told her to “clap back”. Drive-thru girl was getting my drinks telling me “here’s your Dr. Pepper but we are out of sweet tea back here. Get it up front”, then angrily slams the empty cup down.

The customer service at this location is getting worse and worse. After this evenings experience, I will be more than happy to drive triple the distance for less wait and 5-star customer service!

This was the best tasting bojangles i have been too. Crisp food and biscuits, not over or under cooked. They did forget the cheese on my sandwiches. Also the staff was more interested in goofing and talking then serving. But they were friendly.

I decided to give this location another try after a year not going back due to poor service. This time the drive-thru was fast and the young lady taking my order was very nice. Food was delicious and fresh. I will definitely return again after this last visit!

Went on my lunch break. Got a 2pc kids tender meal. Waited for what seemed like forever. Drove back to work, went to eat my tender & it was raw. Called Bojangles to see if they could at least written my name down for a replacement since I was unable to leave work again and they told me no, bring it back. They would look through the chicken. If they seen fit, they’d replace it

Was heading home from Florida and had to get our last Bojangles’ fix before arriving home in Northern Kentucky (which is strangely void of a Bojangles). Typically great food for a good value. Of course their Sweet Tea is amazing. The staff was good, but not excellent. Therefore, 4 instead of 5 stars.

Went through drive through today. Man in front of me, in a pickup truck had a small dog hanging out he window. The servers reached out, gave the dig a treat and let the dog lick her hands. Then she petted the dog for a bit. Then she served the next person in line. No handwashing. This was at 10:55 am on Nov 15. She did not wash her hands between customers. She was a heavy set woman with missing upper teeth in the front. The next guy said something to her and just left without his food. I sat in my truck and watched this. After I post this, I will contact the Anderson County Health Department and Bojangles head office.
