My wife a loyal customer of happy teriyaki 4 for 5 years and accidentally placed our order at location 3. We made the extra drive cause our bad oops lol, but wow! From atmosphere to the food it was an amazing experience. The chicken was crisp and flavorful while the fried rice perfect, just everything was fantastic! Happy teriyaki #3 you have two new loyal customers

Felt rushed when ordering, paid 82 dollars for a family of 5 which isn’t too bad, wasn’t given options for any other type of rice except white rice or if the veggies were okay, and I stated I haven’t been there in 1 year + so we needed a min to inspect the menu. Food came out cold, server asked what was wrong when food came out and in the middle of talking walked off with an attitude. Never checked on which isn’t a issue, but when I have to go get my own carry out trays which was ridiculous either way kids ate the meat on their meals and my dogs had a treat with the other portions that they could eat. Then they decided to open the back doors so it was freezing. Soda was also flat, I just wasn’t expecting it seeing as this used to be one of our to go spots, now it’s over rated. Overall probably won’t be back it was way better years ago, now it’s servers that don’t want customers or be bothered with any type of hospitality.

I ordered Chicken Fried Rice and ended up getting Chicken Teriyaki?? A little disappointed, but the guy running the register was very nice. Would recommend going to #4 instead.

This place never fails. When I used to live here, I would eat here all the time. We tried other Teriyaki places, but none compared to this place. I moved to Texas, and I can’t find a good Teriyaki restaurant. So, believe me, I could not pass up the opportunity to eat here while in town. It’s still amazing! Everyone was so attentive and friendly.

Paid $21 for 1 plate and the food was not great steak was dry and tough. I wish they had cut it for me. Paid extra for “fried” rice and what I got was mushy steamed rice with veggies stirred in. Definitely wont be coming back here when there are dozens of other teriyaki places around.

Every time I come to Lacey, I say I’m going to try someplace new, but every time, without fail, I can’t resist getting happy teriyaki #3 instead and I’ve never regretted it.

I’ve always gotten take-out, so I can’t speak to the dine-in experience, but for to-go orders, they have always been fast, with great service. And I’ve tried many items on the menu and have always loved the food. This most recent time, I tried the oriental salad for the first time and really liked it. The teriyaki chicken is a staple, though, so that’s my favorite. The yakisoba is my second favorite.

Always here for the lunch specials, excellent value, and consistent food quality. I have been coming since 2005 and keep returning every time I am in Lacey. Highly recommended for everyone

The food is just so bland and disappointing. Based on other reviews there may be a few decent options on the menu but I don’t know what they are. The Yaki Udon was like flavorless buttered noodles with sad vegetables and the veggie tempura and teriyaki beef & chicken were pretty lame (and it didn’t come with rice). If you’re starving it’s edible, but I wouldn’t waste your money. There are better options within a couple blocks of this place that will leave you much more satisfied.

First time here, four of us for lunch. Good prices, excellent food, large portions. All four of us loved it!

They have changed hands and policies but I will still go there because the food is good and the people are nice. Special orders are no longer a thing so I feel my loyalty is not as important. But again still 3 stars 🙂
