Ordered a caramel crunch fusion. They told us to pull forward, as usual. I know if I pull forward, it will take 20-30 minutes to get it. I paid almost 6$ for 3/4 cup. This is not a one time thing. They are rude and slow.

Floors were dirty, food on floors, dinning area old and outdated, clear signs of water damage throughout ceilings and walls. Wall paper peeling from water damage. Pop machine was disgusting, restrooms had no heat and were disgusting and dirty. Food was not good at all. Wish I could add photo of my food and how badly it was assembled. Won’t be going back, EVER.

Ordered two junior bacon cheeseburger, biggie bags. They forgot my nuggets for both orders. They also made the wrong frosty as well. The works seemed pissed that we had shown up at 11:20pm. When getting to the window one worker said he’d never trust Wendy’s tomatoes as we’re about to eat burgers with tomatoes on them. Very unprofessional The workers need to be held to a higher standard an keep comments to themselves. Last time I was at Wendy’s I ordered a large brownie batter frosty also got the wrong frosty. The worker with bright yellow hair openly admitted to making the wrong one, but just wanted us to accept it and take it like it was our fault.

One of the employees threatened to throw a Frosty at me in the drive through. The only thing that separates this incident from Assault was that intentionality criteria likely would not have been met.
