I love me some good wings, every time I go to buffalo in Beaverton, Or. their wings are always super good , crunchy , hot, fresh out of cooking, this time I didn’t have the best experience. My wings were cold the served did make me a really good Long Island though.
I still love buffalo, this will not change the fact that I will always go for some food drinks and gatherings with friends .

Service was very poor.. took 10 mins to get seated. 50 mins to get 2 chicken sandwiches, a 3 piece tender and 30 boneless wings. Fries and 1 sandwich came out cold, and dry. Had to keep stopping wait staff as the walked by to get water and drinks.

Food was great, our bill was around 50$, I had a hundred dollar bill, the waitress said she couldn’t take that large a bill, as I was deciding how I should accommodate this business, she returned and asked me if I had any other way to pay, I didnt, so she took the bill in a huff, and went to the manager, they brought me my change in paper but kept around 90 cents in change with no explanation, just a dirty look when I started to approach her. So we decided that the change we didn’t receive had now become her tip.

Don’t eat at Tualatin, Buff. Wild Wings…When 5 boneless wings easily sit on top of the dip lid, you know you’ve been ripped off! This is unacceptable. I had not gone to this location in over a year because of the poor quality in food and service, I previously received on the last 2 prior orders. The boneless wings are pathetic in size, and hard as a rock, plus a couple didn’t even have chicken, they were just breading! Literally a third of the size of a McDonalds chicken mcnugget. I also asked for wet, extra saucy and they weren’t. I don’t understand who, or why the preparers and managers think this okay, especially at a $1.66 a piece. I am shocked that this company is still in business.

You’ve got a be joking me. How does it take 35 minutes at 8pm on a Sunday, the store is slow, to make 15 wings? Do your employees actually work or are they just hanging out in the back? Hostess was standing there chatting with her friends for a good 5 minutes before she even acknowledged I was there. WingStop it is from now on. Such a disappointing experience.

Visted this location today for lunch and had by far the WORST experience I’ve ever had and I have been here hundreds of times. Teach your waitresses to not treat ‘young’ people differently than everyone around them. She was absolutely blatantly rude to our table.

Yummy wings with different sauce. You can order a plain one for kids or separate sauces if you don’t like hot ones. During peek hours not a long queue but waiting for food is so long, good to watch sport with friends and family.

Our food took over an hour , our waiter kiel, told us it was because of the wings yet everyone else who ordered wings got theirs before us. I asked for a knife to cut my kids burger and he made a huffing sound and got it. He had a crummy attitude we ordered 2 6 piece wings and only got 5 each. They need to learn how to count. I was so stressed because of the attitude i was getting. When our burgers, sandwiches and wings finally got there they were cold. I will not be coming back to this location. I felt like he thought i was asking for too much. It felt like he was lazy. Burger looked good in picture but only had 4 mushrooms. We had to pay extra for the 4 mushrooms. Go here if you feel like being mistreated by your waiter shorted wings and eating cold food. They Should train kiel to be better. All food was cold when we got it and my daughter said her mushrooms were burnt. They had an overabundance of drinks with late and cold food. I dont understand why they couldnt bring out the burgers while we were waiting on the wings. At least we would have had something hot instead of cold.

It was my first time there solo. Wanted to watch the Thursday night football game. I enjoyed the feeling of the bar area, I felt comfortable being there alone. Rachel was awesome.
The following was my own fault, but I’ll be more aware next time …. My receipt was not correct for what I ordered. I didn’t notice until I got home, things were off. So just check you receipt closely for errors. Otherwise I enjoyed the game, service and the food.

I placed an order online and had a huge issue ordering the traditional wings online, it kept saying item unavailable, it took me an hour to place my order, so I placed my other 2 meals online and ordered the other via phone. When I went to the store to pick up my order they refused to give me the sauces I ordered. I was feeding multiple people, I ordered 3 meals and 10 sauces, 3 per person, because we ordered 2 of our meals with no sauce on the chicken. They gave us 4 of the 10 and told us it was against policy to give us anymore. We told them that we were more then happy to pay the $0.60 per side that’s listed on the new sauces on the website but they said that wasn’t an option and we had to buy full bottles! We don’t need full bottles, just small sides! They were also out of the new sauces that we tired to order. They didn’t even let us pick what 5 of the 10 sauces they would give us, we had no choice. They gave us 5 ranch, we dont need ranch, we have ranch at home! So we are forced to have our wings dry, that’s absolutely ridiculous! On top of that they also forgot our mac and cheese, luckily we realized it before leaving the store. But with eveything going on they forgot both of our sodas and our fries!! We didn’t realize until we got home because we were so frustrated about the sauce so we called the store because we live 30 minutes away and can’t drive back to get them and they said since it was an online order there’s nothing they can do about it. I asked to speak to the Manger because I felt it wasn’t right that we paid for items that we didn’t receive, I was told that the manger was working in thr kitchen but that the employee would go ask what they could do. The employee got back on the phone and said they would refund the missing items, took my name, phone number, order # and last 4 of my debit card, I still haven’t been refunded anything almost a week later! I also ordered my salad with no tomatos and of course there’s tomatos as well as a large peiceof plastic! It would be easier to tell you the things right about this order at this point then the things that aren’t! This is making us never want to eat here again. It has been the biggest hassle, poor customer service and huge waste of time and money. I posted a smaller review the day of, was told to fill out the online contact form, I did and still haven’t heard anything back from anyone.
