Five friends and I had breakfast there on a saturday morning at 9:30. Our server, Vanessa, waited on us. She was super! she made sure none of our coffee cups were ever more than half empty. She took care of every detail. The food was delivered quickly and everything was delicious. Plus the prices are very reasonable. Thank you Bob Evans!

A friend and I ate together on Thanksgiving Day between the hours of 2pm-4 pm. From the time her & I , entered, dined, left to checkout, we had amazing service. Our waitress was professional, kind, and took good care of us. The workers were mostly all younger people working on Thanksgiving Day. All of the workers were taking care of & talking with customers asking if people needed things, updated people on orders to go and cashing out. It was amazing, they really were giving their best. Later in the day, had to go to another Bob Evans for take out for a friend, same experience. Fantastic & pleasant day with excellent customer service. So Im giving 6 out 5 stars.

I ordered the PREMIUM Farm House feat for Thanksgiving. I did this last year and it was great. When I got to the restaurant, they had a problem finding my order. After 15 minutes they finally gave me my box. I went home and put in fridge without opening. On Thanksgiving I opened the box to start the meal heating up. The Apple pie looked a little dry but didn’t think too much about it. The Pumpkin Pie was totally broken and looked like it had been beaten up. The rolls were totally over baked and hard as could be. I think they were day old rolls. The dressing was nothing but mush. It was gross. After the meal I cut into the apple pie and there was MOLD in the pie. I called the management at the restaurant and told them my complaint. She said that she would credit my account for all those things. I finally get a message and they gave me a credit of a whole $20.00. I paid $164.99!!!!! The management at this location is terrible. I called Corporate to complain and of course they can’t do anything about it. It all needs to come from the location itself.

A great place to go for dinner or breakfast anytime. The food is great and the service too. The waiter even remembered some of the items I got before even only having had him a few times so far. Also good free wifi that allows me to stream my shows while I eat. It asks for your name and stuff but you don’t have to fill it in. Plus the price is quite fair for what you get. I definitely recommend.

As far as Bob Evans goes, this one is nice. Especially considering location. I was asked to go to a meeting here, and to be honest I was a bit hesitant after bad experiences at other locations in the area. The location is clean, food was served as expected, and amazing service.

Ordered food for pickup on our way home from OSU hospital after being there all day. Food was ready when we requested it to be. It was fresh, hot, and very yummy! We got the dinner for 2 and it was more than enough food. I have never disappointed with the service or food I get from Bob Evans.

Service by Sea was EXCELLENT!!! I think she was servicing the entire dining room all by herself!!! The food was consistently excellent EXCEPT for that bacon offer!!! I felt like I was baited and switched!!! The image was soooo appealing, so when we got what looked like scraps, I was very disappointed. I mean, the bacon wasn’t even thick-cut like the picture!!!

We eat here often, today was the worst. The server was nice and kind and took good care of us but the food was no good. For 1 the cheesecake we got had a HUGE hair sitting right on top of it, that grossed us out so we didn’t wanna eat the rest of it, the BLT was smothered in mayo when we ordered it with no mayo. Spent over $70 for it to all go into the trash.
