Replace to hang out if you need to get away from everyone. Or if you just need to get away from home. Great atmosphere, fireplace, and if you’re trying to sip club, all the drinks and chicken manage.

Extremely disappointed with Panara Bread. First, I stood at the front Counter for at least 5 minutes waiting for someone to take my order- no one came. Then I found the Kiosk which I hate using. They were a little difficult to use and I wanted someone to take my order. What I originally wanted, they were out of (avocado). I was never greeted when I came into the restaurant, and on top of it all the Kiosk asked me if I wanted to tip the employee…? Like what, who? For what? Definitely not because the service was great or anything right? SMH. There were no table markers so we could sit down and have our food brought to us and had to wait 15 minutes by the pickup window for our food. Not once has an employee acknowledged us during this time which just added to the frustration. I observed an employee not washing hands before putting their gloves on, thank God at least he knew what gloves are…. our name wasn’t even called when our order was ready, it was just sitting in the window. We went up to get our food and were never acknowledged and another lady came up and asked for regular cream cheese instead of what she was given and was told to go to the front Counter… extremely disappointed.

This Panera is an absolute disaster. The coffee is vile—burnt, watery, and lukewarm, like it’s been reheated for the fifth time and poured with zero shame. I genuinely don’t understand how a place centered around coffee can screw it up this badly and still have the nerve to charge premium prices.
The store looks neglected and poorly managed. Dirty tables, sticky counters, overflowing trash, and an overall feeling that no one in charge gives a damn. The staff appears completely untrained, disorganized, and indifferent, while management is either hiding or totally incapable of running a functional operation.
Orders are slow, wrong, or forgotten entirely. When mistakes happen, you don’t get solutions—you get excuses. And that seems to be the culture here: less excuses, more results is desperately needed, because right now it’s all excuses and zero accountability.
Panera loves to market itself as fresh, clean, and professional. This location is none of those things. It’s fast-food chaos dressed up with higher prices and a nicer logo.
Save your money. Save your time. There are far better places to get coffee that don’t treat basic competence like an optional feature.

I am the founder of Saturday Sports League. We are always looking to find businesses to support. I was very please with my experience and the service was amazing. The food was good and the staff was very professional. The team leader, Abdulrahman made sure I was taking care of. Thank you!

Nice spot – was very clean and the staff was super friendly too. The location is fairly big so there is a good amount of seating space. Chill vibes and good food. Will give you the good old Panera experience.

I love the food here. I get the cheddar broccoli every time. And a coffee but I went out with my Italian girlfriend. It reminded her of home when you had the coffee and food. I’ll be coming back again and again abd again. You should to

Went to order lunch and they were literally out of half the items. No chicken and not willing to substitute meat without additional fee. Out of most of their soups as well. So the choose 2 was definitely out….. we are talking at lunch time they were out of stuff. Absolutely ridiculous.

I want to start off by saying this actually shocked me. I have never had an issue at this location until today. Perception is everything, in the photo is how you bagged my order no sleeve for the bread etc and just tossed in there. Mind you it was for a delivery and you sealed the bag with one sticker in the middle, which left an entire gap that anything could have touched or fell onto the bread.
Employees should handle people’s food with more care, after all no one is making you work there. So if you hate it just quit. Plenty of people actually want to work and will take your spot. Careless mistakes like this is what drives business away.

The coziest place that I can imagine having a warm bowl of healthy, delicious food, other being at home . Panera Bread provides the closest thing to eating at home than any other national franchise restaurant. And the people are warmest, most caring, kind and considerate professionals that you’ll encounter, almost anywhere on the road.
