Been to the Old Grist Mill many times when coming to town to visit my son and his family. A true favorite for me in Brigham City. Love, love, love the homemade bread. Truly makes the sandwich!

Huge shout-out to Nicole and her amazing team at OGM in Brigham City! I truly can’t say enough about the outstanding service and how incredibly delicious the food is. Hands down the best sandwiches in Box Elder!

A special thank you to Nicole for the extra care and attention she gave when I ordered gift baskets. I put my full trust in her, and she absolutely knocked it out of the park — they were beautiful!

Thanks again, and we’ll definitely see you next time!

The last time we ventured into this location the treatment given to us was below satisfaction. The main manager here is cold and snippy, with quite the attitude.
We ordered 10 sugar cookies, 10 chocolate chip cookies, 10 pumpkin chocolate chip squares, and 10 mint brownies. They were to be for the visitors that came and saw our new grandchild and visited our daughter at the hospital. I was very dissatisfied when I got to the counter after waited for the longest time to even get the items.
Even after telling this manager some of the order was missing and that I had paid for it she continued to argue with me about not paying for it. I added all the items on my own calculator with tax and it came out perfectly to what I paid at the counter. I asked to see the slip of paper I had written everything on so show her that I had ordered the 10 sugar cookies. She continued to give me attitude, even though I was remaining completely calm. I finally decided to take the loss and left.
Please look for a kinder manager, one who will at least have an adult conversation for a customer and try to work things out with them so you do not loss more customers. I do not feel I will return, there are several other locations I don’t mind driving to.

I went in on Wednesday Feb 3rd around 11am… Ordered some cookies and a toasted bagel with extra cream cheese (for my wife).. get my order and the cookies are fine, but my bagel isn’t toasted, so I ask the lady if she can please remake my order. She proceeded to take the bagel, CREAM CHEESE AND EVERYTHING, into the press… I’m like hey that’s not gonna toast… She says it’ll toast the outside fine… And I said that I would like my entire bagel toasted… She proceeded to give me attitude and says I guess we’ll just throw this away and make a new one… yeah…( I don’t want melted runny cream cheese either..) So I sit down, then she brings it to me and the bagel STILL ISN’T TOASTED?!!! it’s definitely warm, but that’s about it, as well as the thinnest layer of cream cheese.. at this point I was tired of trying to tell the lady how I wanted what I thought was just a simple order, done. So I tossed it and left.. IDK if it’s that specific worker or what but i won’t be going to this location anymore

Fun locally owned soup, sandwich, salad place. The portions are good for the price and the food tastes fresh and yummy.

I came in Wednesday morning for a bagel and a cookie. I asked them to toast the bagel and for extra cream cheese. When I received my bagel it was untouched and cold. When I asked again for a toasted bagel they tried to put it in the Panini press making the cream cheese melt go everywhere and creating a disgusting soggy mess. After I asked them for an entirely new bagel because I was not going to eat that they still didn’t toast it!! It was warmed but still completely soft and borderline soggy. I am convinced that they just microwaved it and then through cream cheese on it. Absolutely disgusting!!! The people there were running around like a chicken with their head cut off even though there were less than a handful of people in the store and no one was helpful. There was no sense of customer service everyone was rude. And I’m definitely not going back there ever again!

I love the tasty, fresh sandwiches. The sugar cookie frosting is really good, too. This place has a family-friendly atmosphere and really great prices. I recommend the bran muffin mix as a quick gift.

I was recently visiting Utah from NC and had the chance to stop at the Brigham City location. The food was fantastic, sandwiches as well as cookies and muffins, and the staff was extremely friendly. We also bought some bread that we took home. Delightful!! I will be making this a “must visit” when I am in Utah. I highly recommend making the stop.

It’s your standard bakery/sandwich and soup place. Reminds me of a few of the ones I know of in salt lake city. You go in, fill out the paper on what kind of meal you want. I had the creamy potato soup. It was awesome with a ruben which was on the lighter side of a ruben sandwich but it was still delicious. Highly recommend. Especially on a cold day.
