I’ll be honest, I’m a bit of a Five Guys fan and don’t mind paying a little extra for a good burger over other fast food options. This place has always provided excellent service every visit, so no complaints overall on that front. The fries are good but can be a little greasy, but you get a lot in an order so more than enough food with a burger and fries. They serve to order and it’s a burger joint! Can’t go wrong imho.

Pretty much the best somewhat fast food burger you will ever get. They are fast, but everything is fresh and made right out where you can see it. Their milkshakes leave much to be desired. They have been very runny and thin the few times I have gotten them. I prefer the shakes you cant drink through a straw. That is really their only shortcoming. Sometimes the patties are a hair undercooked for liking, but I am a no pink in my burger person. That being said I have never gotten one that was undercooked enough to send back.

I recently ordered delivery from this location. 1 cheeseburger and fries. When my order arrived at my home about 20 minutes later, I got the saddest, soggiest “burger” I ever saw! Suggestion to the company.. DO NOT WRAP ONLY IN FOIL. Every burger will be ruined by the time your customers receive it every single time. Maybe invest in delivery wrappers.. IDK, but I couldn’t eat my $18.00 burger.

I feel like they have gone down hill. The prices for a burger that has minimal flavor and fries that taste like oil… when I pay $20 per person to eat i would expect to have better quality food. I will not be going there anymore. McDonald’s has better burgers I can’t stand McDonald’s.

A custom-made burger emphasizing freshness and handmade quality.
Little Cheeseburger
The handcrafted patties, made with 100% thick beef (double patties), are bursting with savory juices, making them incredibly juicy!
Fresh and juicy tomatoes, crisp lettuce, and bold, thick-cut pickles are complemented by grilled onions and mushrooms, adding another layer of flavor and texture.
‘All The Way’ (mayo, ketchup, lettuce, mustard, pickles, grilled onions, tomatoes, grilled mushrooms) is a highly recommended combination for customizing your burger.

They didn’t have any salt packets out for customers which was disappointing. They didn’t offer me a water cup. And I couldn’t call to make my order so I didn’t have to wait in the car with my 4 month old. Food is good tho.

Food was great, staff was friendly. One of the two soda machines were out of a couple flavors but the earth did not open and swallow us whole, we just made an alternate flavor selection and joyfully proceeded to quench our thirst.

I’m here right now at 3:50 on the 18th of February and the two woman working are talking very loud complaining about customers.
They also were discussing the management very poorly.
I tried joking with them and they both gave me dirty looks.
On my way out I thanked Logan and the heavy set one said, “who’s that your grandma?”
Logan was very helpful and friendly

I didn’t find it to be an exceptional burger as I have definitely had much better. The staff was friendly

Had five guys cooking and still didn’t make it right. I was a grill cook for many years and I’d have been embarrassed and ashamed to make a burger that soggy and sloppy. Never will go there again and would never recommend that anyone else does. Worst burger I’ve ever seen. I am surprised they are still in business. Flat disgusting… Barf
