Brandi, the manager, was phenomenal! She doesn’t have the newest or most updated store but I guarantee she has the best food around! My wife’s hot ham and Swiss was melted to perfection. After her sandwich was finished, she was attacking her fries with bbq sauce while talking to someone, I asked her who she was talking to and she said she was talking about how good the food was but she didn’t realize it was out loud! Anyway, don’t shy away from this Carl’s JR, I promise you won’t be disappointed.

I noticed Brandi the General Manager was running the whole place alone. She was amazingly efficient and very thorough. She never wasted a step. I went through the drive thru and her communication was excellent. Saturday morning about 8:am.

I stopped in to have lunch here earlier today. I submitted my order on the app after I parked in the parking lot. I gave them about a 5 minute head start after submitting my order. When I walked inside, my order was ready. The food was fresh and accurate with my order. The lobby was clean and the staff was friendly. I don’t go to Purcell very often anymore, but I will definitely be stopping in for another meal here, especially with a lot of the other locations closing down.

I don’t think the health department inspects restaurants enough. So they said their fountain drink machines ice maker has been broken for years. No big deal. So their adding ice from a 5 gallon bucket to the machine from an ice maker in the back. However this is what your ice is touching before your cup. Picture attached. This machine is nasty. Edit: The food was not good either. Probably shouldn’t have eaten it. Go on down to Wendy’s.

Been coming here for years but I’m done. They have messed up my double famous star with cheese and mustard only for the last time, not to mention one patty always super crispy and one fresh!
It’s an inconvenience to go back up there and have to explain when and what happened.
So to excuse myself form the headache I’m will not be participating at this restaurant.

They do a good breakfast service here. Excellent biscuits and sausage gravy.
