Stopped for a quick lunch and received chicken nuggets for my son and the nuggets looked like they’re half eaten/raw. The quality of the chicken nuggets were very poor like they have no standards for how their food looks when they put it out. When we tried to call, they apparently “couldn’t hear us” and were very disrespectful and made us come all the way back into the store so my child had food to eat.

I have picked up food via the drive-thru after ordering on the mobile app several times, and I have had repeated issues with this location taking an inexcusable amount of time to prepare my order. I remember on one occasion ordering on the app approx. 45 minutes before arriving, and when I had gotten there I had to wait an additional 30 minutes in their “reserved mobile order parking”. I can probably count on one hand the number of times I’ve ordered from here and DIDN’T have to park and wait for my food, including days where business is slower than normal. Several times the staff were inattentive and too busy joking with each other to pay attention when I was speaking with them at the drive-thru window. The food is what you’d expect from McDonald’s so no complaints there, but the service is consistently abhorrent.

This McDonald’s is in very bad shape, The store is very filthy from the outside to the inside, I’m wearing my work attire and I still felt disgusted to dine in and eat, All the tables are covered in left over crumbs from previous customers and there’s garbage all over the floor, The Employees are very rude and don’t care how your food is made or wether is made correctly.. When I address the issue with the cashier she caught a attitude with me even tho the cook herself agreed that it was made incorrectly and it wasn’t suppose to be on my tray

Ordered thru the app. Went thru the drive thru to get my food, I wasn’t even asked if I wanted to use my mobile app. Waited in line for 20 minutes for food. My fries were cold, I parked Went back in to ask for fresh fries, had to wait another 5 mins. When I asked the guy Gave me attitude, gave me fries with hot on the top, old on the bottom, pretty much threw the bag at me, drinking my coke, its flat. I’ve never had this kind of experience here. I understand being short staffed if that was the case. However, don’t give out food that ur not willing to eat. I will never go back.

Horrible location. You walk in and no one is working the counter to take your order. I stood there for 20 minutes while customers came in and used the kiosk to place their own order and ended up being served, while i was never even acknowledged. I was paying cash so I couldn’t use the kiosk. The manager on duty walked past me twelve times and didn’t think to ask if I wanted to place my order. These people need training refreshers. What a joke.

I ordered food and it took 40 minutes to make, which was way faster than the people before us who had to wait an hour for their food. There were only 4 other customers in there and all my group ordered was food for 3 people. Other than that, they were locking the doors at 9pm despite the closing time being 11.

It is 9:53 on Saturday night it says you’re open inside till 11:00 and all of your doors are locked makes no sense at all why even put 11:00 on your dining room if you’re going to be closing an hour before that without a sign or anything and then when you go to the door the workers inside look at you like you’re stupid we need some accountability for these restaurants when they say they’re open to a certain time they need to be open till that certain time unless they are like short on staff
