Dined in.no staws,cup was nasty,silverware was nasty,egg mixing machine broke,omelette was green in the middle,got order wrong,but the best thing was a college kid Puking all over the floor and nobody would clean it up ! From the goodness of my Heart I paid the bill and gave them a 5 dollar tip.did not eat my food except part of the hash brown and one piece of toast.Got them to correct my daughters order and we got the heck out of there.will never go back to that Location.when we left the employees was begging the puker dudes friends to go back inside to clean up his vomit.wasted 25 dollars and left hungry and disgusted.better off to go to speedway next door and get a slice of pizza.what the heck.Yuckiest place I have ever been too and eat waffle house all the time ! What a pleasant experience i had today at this waffle house restaurant. A lady was seated next to us in the lower stool… we were in a good mood enjoying the service of an old lady waitress… the food was great, the place was buzzing with people.. to my surprise the lady setting next to us finished her meal and about to leave.. she said have a good day and your bill has been taken care of!!! I was touched. I had to know this lady we ran after her and asked for her details.. we are planning to get hold of this angel.

This is the best Waffle House in the country. This is just my opinion, but after going to at least 50 different Waffle House locations over the years, the food at this one hits differently. I’m not sure what they do differently here, but the waffle is always fluffier than other locations. As the case at most Waffle House’s, the staff is kind. There’s an older gentleman who greets everyone as they walk indoors & helps them to their table. If there’s a wait, he will take their names down, wipe their table, & sit them once it’s ready for customers. The food always comes out hot & tasting fresh. I cannot say this about other locations. Every time I come back to Lexington, I always make a stop at this Waffle House before I leave town because it’s a positive & filling experience every time. Shout out to this location!

Today seemed like a nice day to have a good breakfast with my family. Everything was fine until the waitress, Dani, showed no empathy. She refused to give us our coffee until we placed our order, while other people were served quickly. We were left waiting our turn, which was unpleasant and annoying since we were paying for our coffee.

When I got there, there was no place to park. I looked at the dumpster. It was empty so I parked in front of it. I went in and waited 10 minutes for a table. When I got my table, I ordered. While I was waiting for my food a worker came up to me and asked if I would move to the bar because there was a couple coming in that wanted in my waitresses section. After I got my meal, the manager came to me and told me I had to move because they were on their way to empty the dumpster. When I got back inside to eat, my food was cold. And I waited an hour before I left and they never came to empty the dumpster. Don’t think I’ll ever be back to this waffle house.
