While I was in the area, I was looking for a place to grab a quick lunch, and options were pretty limited especially when it came to fast or ready-made meals. Because of that, I reluctantly stopped at Burger King, even though I’ve always been skeptical about the quality of their burgers based my experience . I usually prefer Wendy’s, as their burgers tend to look and taste the way a proper burger should. Despite holing to get a freshly made burger as advertised on the poster on the same restaurant wall, what I received was far below expectations. The burger looked extremely unappetizing and nothing close to fresh. As shown in the attached photos, it was clearly poorly reheated, likely from frozen patties, and lacked any sign of being freshly prepared.

Very rude people. They didn’t let me use the restaurant even though I used Drivetru. They asked for a receipt and I refused. You’re just an employee there and you can’t make rules in the name of Burger King as you wish.

Very bad service..! And manger was so rude i order one Berger and one order mozzarella stick…after 20 minutes when i ask for my food she ( manager) her name is sherlyn said we don’t have 10 hands….and then i cancel my order and my wife want to use restroom but restroom was lock and she said if you don’t want buy food you cannot use restroom…..I really disappointed to Berger king and management.

Nice location just before the Holland Tunnel entrance. Has a drive thru or plenty of seating inside. Nice and clean. Fast and friendly service. Decent prices. Food was ver good.

I walked in at 10 pm and asked if they were still open. The woman (Latina?) at the counter was staring down at the register and didn’t respond. I waited for a moment and asked again, but she continued to ignore me. When I asked a third time and cheerfully said “Hello?”, she finally looked up and snapped at me: “Can’t you see I’m busy?”
I was shocked — I’ve never experienced such rude customer service. We simply turned around and left immediately. I will never set foot in this place again.

Only the drive thru is 24 hours, a fact not indicated online. I went through the drive through on my bike after the car in front of me. Waited, but no one took my order, so i went around the side.
Turns out, the one person who seemed to working there just ignored me because a bike isn’t a vehicle, apparently. Even though i have to obey the say traffic laws as a car. She didn’t seem interested in taking my order until i pulled my phone out.
Oddly, when she gave me my burgers, they were already cold and the cheese not melted. Are they microwaving already made burgers, I wonder?

The service is very bad. The lady when she answered you to take your order She look like she wanna fight with you I think she hit to
work at night. I hope she change her shift to daytime because no respect yelling, and give me advice how to make order without no respect to customer. Please be nice to customer and the last thing they are very very slow. I’ve been waiting on my car to take order almost like 15 minutes come on guys this is busy city I wanna go to work and I am hungry

The staff is very rude, when I am ordering from drive through( the Spanish guy he said his name is Joe) he said he doesn’t want to take the order. Each and every people in this branch is very rude I don’t know why the management is not responding tho this issue, it happened me twice. Such a worst store I haven’t seen ever and the people as well.
