Our server Baylee F. was awesome. Good attitude, fast service, and an amazing smile. Food was good, an tasty. Nothing was bland. I would only say that the butter for the lobster could use some garlic. Otherwise It was awesome, and welcome worth the trip. My chicken looked like a heart which was kinda like the proverbial cherry on top. My mother got the cheesecake for later. Thank you all, and thank you Baylee F. for the amazing service.

This was our first time at Bonefish Grill.the food was absolutely delicious and different from anything we had tasted before. The mango salsa on my steak was the perfect blend of sweet and spicy. Steak was cooked exactly the way I asked. Service was good as well. We also tried the imperial dip, which was an amazing blend of seafood and cheese. Overall our experience at Bonefish was perfectly amazing.

The food was very delicious and fresh. It’s a big restaurant but if you are planning a dinner on a Friday I recommend you reserve a table ahead.
I was there on Friday night and it was pretty busy.
I had rainbow trout with mashed potatoes and mango salsa It was very delicious.
If you don’t like the fish they have steak, chicken, and pork. It’s definitely one of those restaurants where you can say anyone can find something delicious to eat, even the picky eaters.

They are open for lunch now. So we thought we would check it out. Would be great for date night. Disappointed because they don’t have a lunch menu so everything was pretty pricey for lunch. So we splurged. The waitress was great. I thought the food was a little overpriced but it was good. I would go back but I would order a less expensive meal.

A fabulous place with huge portions of fresh healthy food!! Many gorgeous dishes are on the manu here. We shared the Bang Bang Shrimp as an appetizer. Plentiful portions and so delectable! Craveworthy! He was served the best biggest basket of Fish & Chips ever! I had the Asian Butterfish with the most delicious sauce, a huge side of fresh spinach and jasmine rice. Truly a remarkable tasting dish. And our server Anthony was just as gracious, friendly, attentive and professional as they come. Ask for Anthony when dining at the BoneFishGrill in Johnson City. Oh, we ate outside on the veranda. It was a 100% Wonderful experience. Thank you. Well see you again soon.

This was our first visit to Bonefish in a few years. The last time we went, we were very underwhelmed, but we decided to give it another shot. Unfortunately, we should’ve trusted our instincts.
We arrived around 7 p.m. on a Saturday night. The restaurant was maybe a quarter full—which, in hindsight, should’ve been a red flag. It took several minutes before anyone even greeted us at the hostess stand. Eventually, a server (not a hostess) noticed us waiting and seated us.
Our server was polite and took our drink order promptly, but then disappeared for 10–15 minutes before returning to take our food order. My wife ordered one of the specials, the Black Pepper Udon, and I chose the Shrimp and Scallop Pasta. The server immediately said they were out of the Black Pepper Udon—again, at 7 p.m. on a Saturday, with the restaurant nearly empty. So my wife switched to the Grilled Shrimp and Scallops, which came with broccoli… except they were also out of broccoli.
A few minutes later, the server returned again to tell me they were also out of the Shrimp and Scallop Pasta. At that point, I changed my order to the Grilled Salmon with Scalloped Potatoes and Risotto.
When the food arrived, things didn’t get better. My wife’s Scallops were extremely overcooked and tough. My Salmon was dry—half of it was overcooked, and the rest wasn’t far behind. The Sides were bland and forgettable.
Overall, the quality here has clearly gone downhill. With a restaurant only a quarter full on a Saturday night, it seems like others have figured that out too. Unless the food quality and consistency improve dramatically, there’s really no reason to return.
Save yourself the disappointment and take your business elsewhere.
