I ordered a crunchwrap combo like I always do. It’s my first and only time going to this location. I ordered it for pickup on my mobile app through the drive thru. I modified it a ton adding black beans, refried beans, potatoes, rice, and fries. I opened it up to add sauce and saw 2 potatoes, 3 beans and a little bit of lettuce. This thing had next to nothing on it. Normally a crunchwrap meal with everything added fills me up and I give the taco to a friend or save half of the crunchwrap for later. I ate the entire thing and went hungry for the rest of my shift. All I got was a warm tortilla with 3 beans. I filled out a refund request and was given 5$ off my next order. I had to call corporate and complain to even get a refund for the 15$ taco I didn’t get. Incredibly disappointed. I’ve been a tacobell feind for years and will never go back here after that because judging by the reviews, this is a regular occurrence.

You guys have like 7 main ingredients on the menu. How in the world do you take so long to make it? 30 minutes for an order is insane. I didn’t think the food at the Bell could get worse. Portions were smaller than I remembered but prices were much higher. Food quality seemed to be much less too.
Restaurant was clean but empty. Definitely not the same Taco Bell I used to like.
Staff was polite but not very friendly. The addition of a kiosk to order food rather than talk to a person is terrible. I wanted to ask questions but everyone working was very busy with making food, drive-thru window, and other things.

Cheap good food, barely any effort into it though, much better effort at other locations. Tables are always sticky, takes a while for food and employees can be very blunt and rude when you ask for like sauce or something
Went there last night and got a mtn dew that was extremely watered down and there was not a lick of meat in my Crunchwrap?? Just a lettuce and tomato tortilla. Probably only get a good Crunchwrap 30% of the times I go

If I could give zero stars I would, simply for the disrespectful attitude of Kaitlyn the manager on duty the night of 12/21/25. Where my order was taken incorrectly and she stated too bad we have a line and can’t change it. Basically, I was required to pay for food that was incorrect rather than fixing it. The “manager” also said she would “LOVE” to have me file a complaint and basically did not care about the service she was providing.

This location always cancels the deals offered by TB. Management makes every good deal unavailable at this location. If you want to live mas go to the new Taco Bell on 4th St, they offer all the good stuff.

Absolute horrible service and even worse manager, gave me the wrong food twice as I was waiting over 10 minutes for chicken nuggets then proceeds to claim I’m racist since I know a few cops in Bethlehem after that exchange of words, I asked for my money back and she proceeded to say I was trespassed, one of the worst and rudest managers I have ever come across no professionalism at all Taco Bell you need to do better
