It’s McDonald’s obviously doesn’t find corporate regulations. So cold the cheese isn’t melted and the color of the meat shows that the meat is older then 15 mins which there supposed to cook per order or throw away 15 mins or older waste of money

We ordered one shamrock shake. And a happy meal for my daughter. They asked what drink for it and we said milk. They then charged for a 4 piece nugg. A large fries and the milk. Equaling 12$$$ when asked why we weren’t getting a price change she said “its the same price” no no no. 4$ is not 12$

Just wow…2 orders of fries one was hot and fresh and the other was cold and nasty. My double QP was soaked in grease and I mean literally soaked like they took the whole burger, roll and cardboard container and droped it in the deep fryer and if that wasn’t bad enough my coke tasted and smelled like someone mixed it with half a frappachino and my wife’s coke smelled and tasted like someone put a nice double splash of vodka in their drink while working and gave us the wrong one on accident. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because they actually gave us all the items we ordered on the first round at the drive thru and I didnt have to circle back to get the right order for once

Went here recently on a Saturday for lunch. Drive thru didn’t move so I went inside. Ordered and waited 15 mins and saw my order sitting on the back counter. Flagged down 4 employees before one acknowledged me and handed me my order. Others inside and outside in the same situation, doordasher had to flag down and employee and others missing items. Staff seemed to be running around like they couldn’t handle the workload

Drive-through is always crowded. They can’t even handle 7-8 cars in line. Anytime after 3 pm it’s 10-15 cars and about 15 minutes’ wait.

This is NOT fast food. They need to provide app-customer lanes separate from customers who go ‘Umm; let me have a….’ like Chik-Fil-A does.

Yesterday around 2:53 PM, I placed an order for just a medium sweet tea, and it took about 10 minutes to receive it. During that time, I watched several customers come and go while I and another person waited, unnoticed. There was a lot of yelling and confusion among the staff—specifically between a young lady wearing a headscarf at the window and a tall employee making fries. At one point, she stopped working to show him something on her phone and made a comment about “lying” that was completely unprofessional.

Other staff members seemed unsure of what was happening with orders, including trying to find a cookie in the freezer while I was still waiting for my drink. One employee briefly tried to help, but the overall experience was chaotic, disorganized, and frustrating.

This is, without a doubt, the worst McDonald’s location I’ve ever been to. I hope management addresses the lack of organization and professionalism here.

This McDonald’s was so slow and I asked to pay and they ignored me and gave me attitude.
They were very disrespectful. On their phones. And when I called to have a question they were extremely rude. Do not come to this location if you want to have good service. Anyways see you same time next week. Hopefully a better service!

I just want to say if you eat here, don’t go thru the drive thru. The past 3 times in a row they have forgotten something in my order. Twice it was an apple pie and tonite it was a 6 piece nugget. Now I’m not sure if they are purposely doing this to me now, bc usually I’m on my lunch at work and use the mobile app so I can just in theory go there pick up my food and go back to work and eat and relax the rest of my lunch. But now I’m forced to dig thru my bag & dump everything all over just to see these people forgot something AGAIN!! I’m done after tonight. I’ve went to Wendy’s a few times, it’s more money but they at least get my order right.
Is it really that hard to look at a receipt and put what’s on there into a bag??????

We ordered ahead online. It was quite an experience for the first time. We watched people come and go, but we decided ourselves to eat inside before heading back to the road. We were surprised the deal of the day for free on the second big Mac.
