This location should be very thankful they have this employee. She is very friendly and professional. I will only visit this location when she is on the clock. I have learned my lesson.

This taco bell on nashville road, I will not be going to again. Which ever little girl working the speaker and window on January 11th, 2026 at around 5:30 pm should not be working there anymore. I was unable to pull up to the speaker because of another car in front of me in the line and she had tried talking to me through the speaker. I was not rude but asked her if she could hear me back there because I was unable to pull up close to the speaker. I said this twice and both time all she kept saying was, “I cant hear you, I cant hear you.” So I decided to keep quiet until I could pull up. Once I did it was silent. And I kept there for about 5 to 8 minutes and still nothing so I just decided to pull up, the moment I did she immediately started talking to the car behind me who pulled up to the speaker. I know for a fact that was on purpose. I decided to just pull off and head home. I decided to order it on doordash instead, big mistake. They had charged me for an item I did not order, left one of my items out and replaced with the item i hadn’t ordered. As well as some of the tacos were improperly packaged, as if just throw in there and tossed in the bag because when I had opened it, everything in the taco just spilled onto the floor, barely in the taco to begin with. Not only that, but whilst stuck in line with being ignored to order I am sure I was smelling Marijuana coming from inside the building. That window girl sounded like she was on something as well.

This place isn’t worth it. Order is always wrong, they can’t ever fill an order because this is down or they don’t have it, and if you already paid, oh well get a refund on the app.Never give you the sauce you ask for, undercooked, missing items. Don’t waste your money like I did a few times now giving them the benefit of the doubt. That was some of the food. I wouldn’t feed any of this to my dog, survival or not. Horrible place!!!! Do not eat here. Food is poor quality, the manager doesn’t care and you’ll see if you call to complain. Unorganized, the lobby was a disaster. The employees were behind the counter with cigarettes hanging out of there mouth, cussing and looking at me like I was the problem. The food was skimpy, and questionable. There was next to no meat on any of the items, barely any sauce, and looked like it was left out and dried up all day. Never again! This is 12:21 am. Hope that whole shift gets cleared out. Managment included! Do better

We came through the drive through for last minute breakfast at about 10:20. The guy at the headset was fast and friendly. The food also came out fast and some of the freshest I’ve ever had at Taco Bell. That guy needs a raise, whoever was at the window 12/9 at 10:20

Went to take a bite of my Doritos Locos Taco and bit into something hard. Pulled out a huge piece of cardboard just sitting inside the taco shell. Tried calling to see if maybe I could get a refund and nobody answered. Instead I shall leave this lovely photo and review.
Edit / Update: My 3 year old was complaining about his cheesy roll ups which he usually loves. They have lettuce in them?!? Like how?! ♀️

Walked inside around 9:20-9:25pm, since the drive thru line was slammed.
No other customers were present inside. The kid at the window looked at me while I’m standing at the counter waiting to place my order, then went back to doing whatever he was doing before. I was able to place my order at 9:33, but only after I started glaring at him enough for him to walk over to the counter. After placing my order, I noticed on the receipt that something wasn’t right, so I waited at the counter (again) for over 5 minutes before being addressed. During my wait, one of the employees was standing at the counter chatting with a friend (likely while on the clock, otherwise why do it there?)
My order wasn’t ready until just before 10pm.
Is a 30-minute wait for FAST food the norm these days?

I stopped by just after midnight and was greeted by a yound man name Angel at the drive-through window who took my order. His positive energy and genuine friendliness completely elevated the experience — it felt like more than just picking up food, it was a bright spot in my night. I’ll definitely be coming back and hope to see him again. The food was fresh and delicious as well.

No one to take my order for the first few minutes I was in the store. Meal took over 10 min to get and was only fulfilled after the person working the drive through asked if anyone had started preparing food for customers in the restaurant. Once food was received, tacos were in broken/incomplete shells.

$40 wasted. Basically got taco shells filled with lettuce. Lady was very sweet but food was absolutely awful. Nacho fries had no seasoning, tacos broke apart once they were removed from the wrapper. We live 3 minutes from this Taco Bell and our food was cold once we got home. Should have read the reviews before we decided to go to this location ♀️
