This HAS to be one of the worst McDs locations in the world. Giving the other reviews for this location, it’s easy to understand why. Every single time I swing by here, it’s always something. Last time they questioned me about the order I placed through their own app. Like literally, look at the order. Why are you asking me? After I had already paid. The drive thru staff is the absolute worst. Other time I was in there, I had to wait forever after ordering my food in the app. Today, my app said it was ready and I went in and still had to wait an additional five minutes. Then, when I get home they had to bravery to half way fill my fries on a LARGE order. This Newcastle location needs more training, and a different set of managers. I will say, there was a nice polite young man running the register and grabbing food. He should be the manager. If you’re hungry, just go elsewhere or you’ll have some big McRegrets trust me. This location SUCKS!

This McDonald’s is ridiculous. The women that work there are rude. It’s been that way for years. I seriously asked for the manager’s names and she closed the window and would not open it with a whole line waiting behind me. I sat there for two minutes on my horn, waiting for them to open the window. If I could post the video I would, but it won’t let me post a video so here is a picture of the manager, who stood there with the window closed and would not open it while she made everyone wait in line behind me.

Did a mobile order. Picked it up at the window left had to go back for a fork for biscuits and gravy. The biscuit in my biscuit and gravy was so hard I couldn’t bite it. My bagel sandwich tasted like it was made 5 hours ago. Caramel macchiato had zero coffee in it. Like none, it was white, might as well have been milk with a whole lot of caramel. Idk if they ran out of coffee or what. Won’t be ever going back to this McDonalds. Worst one I’ve been to in a while.

The order area & dinning area were both clean. The cashier was friendly & polite. Was very surprised to see that this McDonald’s didn’t have a fountondrink machine in the dinning area. The food was prepared in average time & the food tasted just as was expected. I don’t know why all of the fast-food restaurants seem to do this now but, if I’ve taken the time to park my vehicle, get out, walk in & order. Unless you ask me or I tell you that i ordering my food to go, then put the food on a tray & not in a bag. If I want my food in a bag I would have went through the drive through to order. Not just this McDonald’s does that. It seems to be a problem at most fast-food restaurants these days.

I swear at this point, the workers here intentionally try to mess up your order, especially online app orders. Living and growing up near this location, I can count on ONE HAND how many times my orders have been completely correct and met with good service. 90% of the time either my order is wrong, they left something out, or service is just plain bad! It truly blows my mind. I only go here once a month at most now, when I’m in a pinch, and it truly blows my mind how EVERY SINGLE TIME, my order gets messed up!

Every single time I go though the dive through they mess up my order the can never get it right there employees seriously need to get trained better. It’s not that hard to get my order right. I asked for nothing on my two burgers but bread meet and cheese, the first burger they put onions, I was like no problem I will just scrape it off then I open up my second burger and I am expecting it to have onions on it but no it has ketchup and pickles like yall come on it’s not hard. Plus they didn’t have soda like people change out your syrup And this is not the first time they have done this. so please train your employees better… have a nice day

Horrible experience never come here. They put onions on my food after telling them no onions. It came out with opinions. I’m very allergic to onions and I told her that. The food came right back out with less onions. It was obvious they half way attempted to scrap the onions off. I broke off just from opening the food to look if there was onions. Manager was very rude.
