The Valentine’s Day drinks were seriously so good…worth the visit alone. The food was fine, pretty much what you’d expect from Applebee’s (no complaints, just realistic). We stopped in quickly while shopping and ended up really enjoying the drinks. Would definitely go back for those. The service wasn’t terrible, but there was a noticeable delay before we were offered drinks or asked for our order. It reached a point where the host had to prompt the server to come to our table. Once the drinks started rolling in, service moved along. Not bad at all.

I recently tried the burger at Applebee’s and it was honestly very good. The patty was juicy and flavorful, cooked just right, and the toppings were fresh and generous. The bun was soft but still held everything together perfectly. Every bite tasted balanced and satisfying. The fries on the side were crispy and well-seasoned, which made the meal even better. What really stood out, though, was the staff. They were friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. The service was quick and welcoming, which made the whole dining experience enjoyable. I would definitely order that burger again.

Randy Ayala has to be the most unprofessional manager I have encountered in this franchise. We order water with lemon and a cup of coffee. The water came with no lemon and the coffee was never served. After 30 minutes, I mean 30 minutes just sipping on water with ice, our entrees came out before our appetizer. At this point I did not have an appetite. When speaking to the manager Randy Ayala, and expressing our frustration with anger, his reply was ” Would you like for me to bring some boxes so you can pack this up? WHAT?????? A better answer should have been “I apologize for this inconvenience let me make this right and pick up the tab. By the way desserts on me.” I felt as if he was kicking us out and did not care about the HORRIBLE service provided. The waiter was horrible as well. Everyone needs further training on customer service. YES obviously I walked out and did not eat. The food was left served on the table. I went looking for the manager to get his full name and informed him that I was going to do a review, to his reply “That’s fine that is OK” WHAT????? I could not believe what he was saying.

We went today to the restaurant (a party of 8) the waiting time to be seated was very short. The waitress took our order and we specified that we want a dessert first even before the appetizers now the dessert took very long to arrives, the appetizers too. We wait really long for they to bring our food, they mistake our order and bring 2 plates that were ours and then took even longer to bring our plates, we asked for steaks on different terms and both steaks were on the same terms, the steaks were very dry. We asked for lemon to 4 different staff member and it didn’t arrives until the very last, and yes you may ask what about the drinks and cocktails they arrived even later when we finished our food and in the meanwhile we asked other staff members for the drinks and nobody answered us and even ignored us they walked right on our side and pretend they didn’t hear us. When drinks arrived it wasn’t all of them at the same time but with 5-15 minutes apart. We asked for another dessert at the end trying to let go the bad experience and then the manager arrives and told us that they will discount the drinks and dessert so we were fine but the last dessert we order never arrives, we waited more than 15 minutes and then decided to leave. It’s unpleasant to go through this bad experience after been attending this restaurant location over the years.

I Wanted to share my recent dining experience at Applebee’s, which was truly amazing! The wait staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the menu, making the visit even more enjoyable. I must give a special shoutout and five stars to the bartender, Eblin, who made our time there exceptional. I highly recommend this location for anyone seeking great service and a good time.

One star for an attentive server. The food was wildly hit or miss but anything cooked in oil tasted like week old grease. The roll that came with my son’s chicken tenders was particularly disgusting, like it was scraped along the bottom of dirty pan.
