Pretty disappointed. I ordered carry out this evening and the salad quality was very unpleasant. Wilted, and such a small portion compared to when you dine in. The ginger that came with the rolls seems as if it was prepared several days ago and not fresh. Disappointing with their costs being so high.

We were blown away by our dinner at Ito! As someone who loves Japanese cuisine, finding this gem in downtown Florence was a pleasant surprise. The sushi was incredibly fresh, and the hibachi was cooked to perfection. Our server was friendly, and the atmosphere was cozy and welcoming. It is truly a cut above the rest in the area, and we will definitely be returning for more of their delicious bento boxes and hibachi.

Took my husband here for a surprise dinner date, we both have never been here before and we were so excited to try it. The food was amazing and there’s so many options. It was a great experience until the end. As me and my husband are walking out after paying the guy chases us outside and immediately he’s wondering why we didn’t leave a tip. The reason I didn’t tip is because im low on money as it is and I have a baby on the way, I just wanted to do something nice for my husband. I was stunned that he was raising a tone at us and demanding an explanation on why we didn’t tip. My husband told him we’re not by law obligated to tip and the man got closer to him demanding to show legal proof of that. He said we were nasty rude and disgusting people. He told us to never come again and he never wants to see us again.
It is not my fault I’m struggling financially. I just wanted to do something nice for my husband but now I’ll never come back again.

Always excellent food and service. The Dragon Roll and the Super Crunch are a few of my favorites. We enjoy the ambience and the gyozo too. Great drinks. My family and I enjoy this place very much and we eat here a lot. Thank you Henry and Catherine and the whole Ito family for providing such a great sushi and hibachi place in Florence Colorado. I have even rented 1/2 the restuarant for a large group and the service was great!

First time to Ito. Very comfortable seating. Extensive menu. Great staff. Ordered salt and pepper calamari and shrimp tempura as appetizers. Both were excellent. Dinner was a princess roll, filet mignon bento box and spider roll. All were very good. Definitely recommend this place

Everything about Itos is the best. The customers are like family. Fast service but everything is made to perfection. Drinks are soooo good. Atmosphere is awesome. It’s always someone’s birthday when we go which is awesome as the girls bring a dessert and sing HB!!!! We love Ito’s.

Upon entering was greeted warmly by the hostess. She had a smile that made my day. Very clean restaurant. Our waiter Beni was awesome! Very personable and energetic. I made a special request and they fulfilled it. The fried tofu was great. Also ordered a couple of sushi rolls and the chefs combo 8 piece sushi. Top notch! Fresh and flavorful! The chef knows what they are doing. I will be back next week and as often as I can. Was looking for sushi close to home but I have to drive 45 minutes to get there. Worth every penny. Thanks for one of the most wonderful experiences in Florence. See you all again soon.

Not bad at all. I had the Katsu Chicken Yaki Soba, really enjoyed it. Lady friend wasn’t the happiest about her vegan plate, but said it was ok… The menu has way too many options and should be minimized.
