I went to the store with a friend and ordered food around 8:30. The sign outside said the lobby closes at 9 PM. At about 8:45, the workers behind the counter started using homophobic slurs, saying the lobby was closed and we needed to move our date somewhere else. When I stood up to leave a worker came out to the lobby and asked if i was going to leave soon. I have never felt more humiliated, disrespected, and unwanted in a place ever. So I then asked to talk the manager on duty, Lynsie. She tried to say her workers were okay for saying that because they were members of the LGBTQ+ community and I plan to talk to the GM about this ugly interaction I had. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. This is absolutely ridiculous and disgusting.

I don’t even wanna give the service one star I’m a assistant general manager at a restaurant and this hospitality would never be okay to me if your upset you have to do your job find something else safe to do this location has never had good hospitality or atmosphere honestly. That’s the key to people wanting to come back I don’t understand how common decency is an issue . Absolutely NOT ok if you don’t like your job and can’t fake it to make quit and take your attitude with you!

Being rushed to put my order in even after I told them it would be a big order. Being asked over and over is that it with a huge attitude. My burger was cold my cheese were smashed looked like someone stepped on them and the napkins were literally crumbled and thrown in the bag. There are only 2 people that ever worked there that were awesome everyone else needs to learn to fake it to make it or find a job that is ok with their HUGE RUDE attitudes. I’ve been going off and on for years hoping they’d get a good crew or actually care about customer service but clearly the owner / business don’t care and never will. Which is why I’m done spending my money with this place I wont be going anymore.

Usually pretty fast, a few times I’ve went in, it’s slower to get my food inside then the drive through. But sometimes my kid wants cake or to dine inside so I go in. I probably waited 3x times as long as I usually do in drive though.

This location is so much better for the good, Drive up is faster, new paint, new furniture and a new attitude.
My breakfast today was awesome, Biscuits with gravy $4 is a good deal though it was dollar more for OJ. Food was all hot and fresh.

Amazing service we were a little bit annoying not on purpose kind of had two separate orders but said to charge it together and they were still super polite the whole time and even put an extra bag in the bag in case we needed to separate it and they told us where each sauce was in the bag ….. Amazing service and also the food pretty good for fast food

Update: Dairy Queen corporate replied to this, but said they could not make it right because it’s a franchise location. Do not reach out if you can’t make it right. It’s just salt in the wound.

I have been to this location over 30 times now for blizzards not once do they make it correct always empty vanilla ice cream and barely any mix ins even when I pay extra for them it’s such a disappointment
