Worst restaurant I’ve ever stepped foot in. The guy behind the counter seemed a little overwhelmed by order taking and did give me a free drink but the kitchen messed up my crunchy with original plus the chicken was absolutely terrible. Dry and somehow under battered while also being undercooked. If I had spend more than $11 I would have been highly upset. Plus this restaurant is filthy and the longer I sat there the worse it got. I glanced over by a base board and there was literally 1/2 inch thick pile of crumbs and dirt stacked up. Looks like instead of sweeping the floor into a dust pan they just swept it to the walls. The Mac and cheese was good as well as the Coleslaw. Really have to struggle to say anything good about this one. Even the grass wasn’t mowed.

Two times we’ve been through and both times we’ve been met with the nastiest attitudes from the staff, last time our wait was over an hour for a pre-ordered meal- we gave them over an hours notice that we were going to order what we did and still waited over an hour for our food. Employees were vaping in the store, playing on their phones, ignoring guests, and door dashers alike, unwilling to greet any one, I waited over 30 minutes before someone even bothered to acknowledge me, and we had ordered for curb side and had to go inside to wait on our food. Today I went through the drive through and was told I had a 20 minute wait on chicken, I said that was fine and proceeded to try and place my order only to be met with the same nasty attitude and was treated like an inconvenience. We have not been happy with this location in over two years, and it just gets worse every time we try to give them another chance. 0 out of 10, we will never go back.

I ordered the spicy chicken wings, but it was obvious that the oil they used was very old and dirty. I took one bite and couldn’t eat any more — the taste was really disgusting.

On several occasions we have gone to this KFC location and were truly surprised to have such a polite and friendly person to take our order and greet us with a smile at the drive thru. He has been there the last couple of times we’ve gone thru and today I asked his name and it’s Alex…I hope the manager realizes what an awesome guy they have. We will definitely be return customers because of his kindness and above the top customer service. Alex gets 10 stars ✨️

My mom and I ordered KFC my mom went in first and grabbed what she thought was her order. I went in maybe 1-2 minutes later and grabbed mine. Another man was behind me. After I was leaving with my food they asked if I stole the man’s order. Then said they saw me do it and if I was sure it wasn’t in my car, my mom and I look like twins and were wearing similar work uniforms so I see why they thought that. It caught me pretty off guard though. We get 2 minutes down the road to see my mom did indeed take that man’s order and I just want to apologize to everyone there. It really wasn’t on purpose I do feel like we could’ve figured it out if there was talking and less accusing but again I understand.

Food is always good to me. Wait is normally not bad but too long for fast food. Wait was triple what it normally is and they asked me to pull over to the side. I hate that. You’re more worried about your window timer than customer service. Stop doing that. Also asked for extra chicken on my famous bowl and had to come back thru the drive thru to get my extra chicken.

The cashiers name was Salina who took my order she went above and beyond to make sure my order was correct. Although when I got my order the chicken was very dry and salina had replaced it with fresh chicken and was very nice and polite about she deserves a 10/10

2 1/2 pieces of chicken came in my meal, not 3, as you can see in the picture. The Mac & cheese looked and tasted like it had been sitting out a while. Same with mashed potatoes & gravy. Drive through worker was pleasant, but the food was not. That is what my $15 bought. I will not be going here again.

if i could add no stars i would . i’m not sure what the chicken hold time is, or who is running this place during lunch hour , but i’ve never had such NASTY chicken before in my life. it was slimey, smelly & rubbery. & it looks like it’s been sitting there since yesterday. i’m so disappointed in KFC . if you want good chicken in dickson , i highly suggest not stopping at this kfc to get it !
