The employees was so rude and it took them 30 minutes for our order to come so we just canceled it. So if your an employee reading this I hope you know your so rude and your probably still wondering why you have a 3 star rating.

Worst Sonic with a 50 mile radius. I’ve tried to eat here probably 10 times in the last 10 years. Ate here 3 times. Just don’t have the patience for rude employees and non-existent customer service. I’m currently sitting here. I pressed the red button 5 minutes ago. I’ll most likely just drive off before they answer. It’s always like this. Whoever owns this particular franchise is an absolute fool. I’ve rarely seen such a poor excuse for fast food.

I ordered a chicken club sandwich and a double smash burger with no onion, add tomato. He said bacon, and i said no bacon, no onion, add tomato. We got home and the chicken club sandwich was right, but my double smash burger had onion and bacon, no tomato to be found. Almost $30, and I ended up picking the onion off. A little irritating for sure.

Ordered the breakfast burrito with tots & the breakfast toaster with fries. The burrito hardly had any food on it & used to be way bigger & they skimped out on the tots. The sandwich had the smoothest toast I’ve ever had. I thought I was eating a sponge & my fries were overly crispy. Plus, we had to wait forever to get our food. Our teas were good, though. I don’t think we will be going back to this one.

My husband came through the drive thru and ordered 2 BLT sandwiches and a lg strawberry slush and got home in Alabama to eat them with his wife and they were 2 cheeseburgers instead. The wife is allergic to Cheese and since it’s to far to return she had to do with out Not Cool Sonic… This is not the 1st time your Rome store has done this!

Customer Service sucks yet again! Got treated as if we were bothering her! The woman wasnt even really talking to us either. Me and my husband both ordered hot dogs with Chilli and cheese. One with onion rings and one with tater tots. Picture shows one but they both looked like this. Tater tots were nasty! This place just needs to shut down!! We hadn’t been back in a while, wanted to give it a shot and it’s just not worth it!

My family and I really love Sonic and visit there frequently. However, today the food was cooked great as always but the amount of meat on the NEW PROMOTIONAL ADVERTISED STEAK and BACON GRILLED CHEESE was very disappointing. I understand it’s a $5.00 sandwich but still… Given the lack of the meat on it…. Just not satisfactory in my opinion.
This does not stop me from returning. I just won’t be ordering this particular sandwich again. Although it tasted great.
Hopefully it was just a mishap and won’t continue for others whom decide to purchase the sandwich.

EDIT TO ADD: the lime hated are BACK! I have been back at least three times since I wrote the review. Two times I had to ask and verify lines were in the drinks (they were not and the employee had to bring them out separately) and the last time, they put lime syrup in the drink instead of actual limes. I know that’s a petty argument, but lime syrup is NOT the same as a fresh lime. Please for the love of all things start putting limes in the drinks that literally have lime in the name.
If I get one more cherry limeade where someone forgets my limes I might lose my mind. I frequent the Sonic maybe 3 times a week to grab a cherry limeade and 1/10 times they MIGHT have the limes. If I am paying for something, I want to get what I payed for. I order on the app and it is always very clear what I order (a large cherry limeade with extra cherry flavor). The app still says that it will include limes and cherries and they always bring it out as just cherry sprite, no limes no cherries.

All but a handful of pull in speakers are gone. The last 3 times we’ve stopped at this location we’ve left with nothing. We pulled in one day and sat 20 minutes without even being acknowledged. Our last trip we stopped in for breakfast, they were supposed to be open at 7am, at 8:15am their wasn’t a car in the lot and it was dark inside.

i haven’t been here in some years and now i’ve been reminded why. i ordered 2 large jumbo bbq chickens, 2 5pc chicken tender dinners, a sprite, a limeade, and 2 shakes. it was $40. tell me why? this is literally the biggest scam. horrible quality food, small amounts. tryna make me go on a diet, Sonic?! like look at my 3yr olds chicken tenders. they are flat, hard, cold, and dark brown. no fluff!! and my bowl of bbq chicken?! they better be lucky they put the other half in my husbands bowl. i opened it and said “where’s my other half of chicken?” giving me split portions. imagine a SMALL. oh and my 5pc meals didn’t even come with onion rings like im pretty sure they’re supposed to? i will not be coming back, the only thing worthy of re buying that i got tonight would be the shakes (they were “out of cherries” though) and the tater tots which i’m sure are from an outside distributor and re cooked.
