They forgot over half my order. Had to read my receipt out about 10 times even though they were looking at it on their screen. They were completely rude . What wings I did get were over cooked and so crispy they might as well been chips. And apparently there is no quality control because my chicken wings are so inbreed that they grow extra appendages. Do not order from this location. I’ve dinned in and ordered hoping for improvement but it’s been over a year there hopeless.

Buffalo Wild Wings is going downhill fast! We put in an order an hour before we expected it to be ready. 45 minutes AFTER the pickup time it still was not ready so I tried calling. I tried twice and didn’t get through either time. My teenage son was there to pickup the order and saw the hostess write the note I attached here (with my number redacted). After speaking with a manager he could offer nothing additional to ease the situation. Needless to say I will never go back to this establishment.

I would give five stars across the board for this location if it weren’t for today. I’m in here quite a bit for lunch. Most of the lunch time bartenders know my order. Today i experienced a different bartender. I’ve dealt with him before, everything always seemed fine. For some reason I’m watching everything just hanging out. I watch a gentleman at the end of the bar pay and leave. Now I don’t work food service and not much grosses me out but I watched the bartender Dylan, take that gentleman’s silverware and put it in the clean baskets under the counter because apparently that patron did not use them. I’m sorry, what if he sneezed on them, did you do a black light test Dylan. Probably don’t want to do that straight out the dishwasher. Or maybe he used the fork to pick something out of his teeth. I’m not ok with laziness when it puts other people at risk. I spend a lot of money here and I may not be back until Dylan has been re-trained or let go.

Uhhh. Not sure why my review was deleted Tuesday October 21. I didn’t realize we could pick and choose reviews. My fiancés burthday was last week and he got a promo for free wings for his birthday. We had a gift card so we ordered take out after my daughter’s dance class. I ate my entire meal and was finishing the last few fries in the fry box and I come across an acrylic nail! I picked it up not knowing what it was. It was 100% an acrylic fingernail. It looked burnt like it broke off and landed in the fryer. As a server myself, I am absolutely disgusted.

The onion rings was the best I’ve tasted yet without the sauce even with it, it’s pretty good me nor my wife liked the house margaritas they taste like dirty water the mood of it was pretty chill tvs everywhere so let’s of entertainment if you wanna ignore convo. Service was ok looked like one lady was serving everybody though her name was Sarah she did a good job despite otherwise. They also have free WiFi so the kids can access it, bill was about $60 not bad at all.

We were there for an hour and a half. We got our drinks and dried out appetizers however we never got our dinner. We had to ask for them to put it in to go boxes before we even got it. The waitress apologized and said the kitchen has been messing around all night. Talked to the manager and they gave us $12 off which I think is absurd. I will NEVER go there again and the 20 year old managers were VERY unprofessional. One was Caleb ( didn’t have a care in the world and kept smirking.
and I can’t remember the other rude girls name she a waste and shouldn’t even be there. How she got that position is beyond me. However the waitress was very pleasant a I wish her well.Never again!!

Not a great experience. A big college ball game was going on when I picked up my online order so I expected a few hiccups just because of demand; however, I was not impressed. My experience/observations:
– My order was hot when I picked it up, but it was over an hour after the online time said it would be done. This should be fixed in their system to have a better estimated pickup time.
– When I walked in the second time, there was no one up front coordinating online or dine-in services for at least 5 minutes. No one had verified who was a pickup order and who was dine-in. They seemed to be very understaffed for such a big college game day.
– Portion sizes for what you pay for are very small. I’ve attached a photo of the small cauliflower wings order. It’s $14. Cooked ok, but overpriced.
– The “dippers” and onion rings were good, cooked well.
– The boneless wings and potato wedges were overcooked.

We never got seated the “hostess” barely greeted us told us and the people in front of us that it was a 10 minute wait. There were several tables open and he told us the bar was packed so we couldn’t sit there. There was no one at the bar. No one ever came to the front and everyone left! Never again – would have made a difference had he had any customer service.

I haven’t even gotten my food yet and I’m already upset I’ve been calling there phone for legit 15-20 mins now and no answer!!! I needed to ask if they could do no ice in one of my drinks and a light toast on my beer cheesesteak subs bc it’s not even an option in app!! I feel like the last 3 times we’ve ate here there’s been some issues so hopefully they answer by the time my husband makes it there. And forbid if my husband says anything to them bc they are usually super rude so let’s see how this goes we use to love this place hopefully it turns around soon!!

I am less than impressed and I didnt even get my order in the end. I ordered around 6:40 pm for approx $50. I arrived at the time it was said to be done which was around 7:20pm. Upon entering there was a large group standing waiting to be seated and tables were completely empty. One of the patrons exiting said good luck to me. There was maybe 4 tables sat and the bar. When i went to the register to pick up my order I was informed they had not started it yet and were unsure how long it would take. Due to having my children in the car I requested to see a manager as I needed at least somewhat of a time frame or I needed to cancel the order. They informed me it would be less than 10 mins for them to get the order. 4 other people walked in after me and spoke with the manager due to the same issue. 1 lady said she waited for her takout order for an hour and 45 mins past the promised time. After approx 30 mins I went back up asking and was informed they couldn’t find my order and had not yet started it and were unable to provide an approx time the girl said “it could be 10 mins or 45 mins i dont know”. At that time I requested to cancel the order. The manager did not come back out and had the girl take my name and last 4 digits of my card number to cancel the order. Im highly disappointed as I could have went elsewhere if they were just honest about the wait time when i first placed my order. The large group of people exited at the same time as I did after being informed there 45 mins wait they already had would be extended by another 45 mins.
