Drive-thru, ordered 3 sandwiches (1) fish plain, (1) original chicken plain, (1) spicy sandwich, (1) LG fry, (1) reg coleslaw. Waited for the fresh fish to fry. Employee brought food to my car out front. (3) sandwiches in bag only. Nothing else. (2) sandwiches were supposed to be plain were not. No cole slaw, no fries. Went inside for the correction. Got home and the fries and slaw were probably the best part of our meal.This location seems safer compared to the other one in the hood on 161. Honestly, I’ve had better at the 161 hood location.

I went to Popeyes and I was literally two cents short…. The lady said she had to ask her manager if they can accept being two cents short on a Sandwich. The Manager said, You can either come with correct change or pay with card. I said, Last time you guys owed me three pennies And she tried to make her little smart remark with her head cap on. We don’t write down names of who we owe change to. I said no, but your register is over every day. I can literally go down to chase bank and get two rolls of Pennie’s…. She said, we don’t bank at Chase. I said, but your register is gonna be over every day since you guys cannot give pennies back. My buddy owns a company he can go to fifth third bank and even get rolls of pennies. It’s just limited how many you can get I don’t wanna hear that excuse banks are still giving businesses pennies just a limited amount. You Manger Are too lazy to go down to the bank and grab a few rolls of pennies….. they would rather just have the register being over every day and besides some customers don’t want their Change back at all whether it’s 5 cents or 20 cents…. Thanks for not let me slide for being two Pennies short! Ingorant!!!!!!! I don’t use plastic!

Very rude lady works there. I asked for just some napkins. She was literally like I gave you some napkins and I was like I need just a little extra. She was like we don’t have napkins and all the napkins was over there and just she started the bad conversation just like that the manager came and gave me some napkins. The lady is just very rude. She is light skin. She is around 45 to 50 year-old she works unprofessional. Awful location, but the guy was in the kitchen came up and he was so nice

I go the front of the store after eating my meal to pick up what was left out and she asks are you sure you didn’t eat it already…..

I am giving the stars I am because I ordered doordash and had to go in to the store anyways.
The kids they have working in there does not help anything. You need adults or children who care about their jobs. I bought a 5pc tender meal and 2 6pc boneless wings. When I received the bag from the dasher, sauce was coming out the bottom of the bag. Turns out, one of the employees turned my boneless wings container sideways in the bag and every bit of the sweet and spicy sauce went all over my food and bag. Everything was sticky. It was terrible.
I called the store and spoke to April, the manager. I was a little rude at first due to my frustration and she handled everything very well. She apologized, said she will have to do some training and offered to fix my order if I didn’t mind coming to the store. I didn’t want to bring my child out in the cold but I did because I really wanted my wings and the sauce that went on them.
I went to the store and she was very sweet, dropped my wings fresh, lots of sauce on them (YUM) and gave a pie to my toddler for the inconvenience.
THAT — is what I called professionalism! I apologize for my behavior over the phone at first but I appreciate you responding the way you did and going above and beyond to handle the issue. I thought you were kind, professional, took responsibility for your employees without excuses and still had a smile on your face while going through a rush.
I greatly appreciated that — we will be back!

they were very busy with multiple people in the drive thru as well as customers waiting to place orders and multiple online pick ups as well. barron (hopefully i spelled it right) seems to run a smooth shift. service wasn’t the fastest but every one remained calm and worked together. as a person who’s worked in the service industry for 20 yrs it’s not easy to have a rush like that run smooth. no everyone wasn’t smiling and bubbly but there was no rudeness to any customers or the staff toward each other and i got my food hot and my order was accurate and he was very accommodating as well.

Finally tried the chicken sandwich, both regular and spicy. The spicy sauce is AMAZING flavor wise, but maybe a but strong for the sandwich. Great flavor to the chicken though, and the buns were soft and slightly sweet. I was in and out of my Popeyes in less than 15 minutes. I went inside to order.

Parked to come in the lobby, and the doors were locked 75 minutes before close. I came to the drive thru asking if I can make 3 seperate orders. The guy said we could only do two. I asked for a couple chicken sandwiches and they said they’re out of chicken- huh? What kind of chicken restaurant is out of chicken? That was my experience.

While longboarding, met an older homeless fella that wanted money for McDonald’s. I’m like, “McDonalds sucks and its across the highway. What about Popeyes.” So we got chicken sandwiches, rice and beans, and lemonades. I went to the bathroom to wash my hands and face, came out to see the guy was gone but was very thankful. Good enough, that spicy sandwich was great.
