First time eating here. After 1pm, lunch rush, only 1 person behind counter taking orders, and the line was long, about 5 minutes or more. I noticed employees in back kitchen area standing around. Once I placed my order, it took almost as long to get it. Btw, when I placed my order, I mentioned to the person behind counter that I want the order to go. When my order came on a tray, a person called my name and asked; do you want this order to go? Really, ah well…. yes I replied. Prices seemed a little on the high side for all the dishes. I ordered a dbl chicken bowl, $11.19, and a side of guacamole and chips, $4.29; (that’s high priced!!). I left. Opened the bag and the containers to eat. It was alright, guacamole was very good, but the Chk Bowl, just okay. No spice, lacked flavors of grilled Chk. I hardly ever give reviews lower than 4 stars, but my first time here and I wasn’t impressed.

This was my first time in and I got the tostada grilled chicken and I added avocado just because I love them. Wow. It was really good! The chicken wasn’t dry and seasoned well. The dressing was amazing so tangy and complimented the entire dish very well. The tostada was flaky, fresh and added that extra crunch. To me, that just made the meal complete. I will be back.♥️

Their food tastes wonderful! Chicken Tortilla Soup is a must try, if you haven’t already. I also recommend their chicken bowl with black beans. I recently ordered online and picked up curbside. They did great… my order was correct

Just have to say my family craves El Pollo Loco here and there but this location will definitely have us returning more often now! Will be sure to update with photo next time I go! We got a family meal and all of us loved it very much! Also have to add the customer service & the place also being clean was what also made the experience good as well as fresh cooked food! Always my drive by savior when a LONG days work has me coming here for a burrito but it must have the avocado salsa! It makes it elevated ! Also a nice bowl when I’m not on the road but always a good option for fresh and ready

Interior clean but overly lighted. Small pollo bowl was mainly rice with very little chicken. Flat flavor. Double chicken bowl smaller than expected & also had little chicken & flat flavor. Tried to use coupon for flan after eating out mains & was told I had to buy something. I already did. We won’t be back. Chipotle is a lot better.
