We came here for our anniversary we figured we would come early so we git here at 3:14pm. It is now 4:09 and we are stuck waiting for our food. When we came in there was a couple that was waiting to be seated. While we both were waiting another couple came in and a waitress just came yo asked them how many and proceeded to seat them. After another waitress read the expression on my face she proceeded to seat us but only after I reminded her that their was a couple ahead of us and they should be seated first. I feel bad for the staff it’s obvious that they need more people but the manager has walked by us multiple times and done a great job at avoiding eye contact and he just started his shift so he should not be tired already. Finally 4:15 and our food is here

Sometimes you just want something familiar. Kayla our bartender slash server was great and kept a friendly conversation with us which was nice. You can tell she can read vibes and my husband and I were nearly out of our own conversation so thankfully we had her company while dinning. The food was good, I had the chicken Mexi bowl and my husband had the chicken ceaser salad. Both were fresh and made well. The place was clean and you can’t beat the happy hour or late night deals.

My girlfriend and I visited Applebee’s after the Super Bowl around 9:15pm and appreciated that the staff still seated us despite it being later in the evening.
Unfortunately, while we were sitting in our booth, I noticed a cockroach crawling on the seat. We immediately moved ourselves and informed the staff. They were polite, but no manager came to speak with us, and nearby tables were not notified.
After relocating to the bar, we also observed pest-control poison packets visible behind the bar near the glassware. By that point we had already eaten part of our appetizer and our entrées had arrived, which made the situation pretty uncomfortable.
We were given a partial discount, but the experience was still concerning. I understand that restaurants can occasionally face pest challenges, however seeing a roach in the dining area — along with visible bait in a service space — raises legitimate cleanliness concerns. I hope management addresses this quickly so guests can feel confident dining here.

Food was okay, service was worse with Kayla. We’ve been here twice and both times Kayla was our server. First time I cut her some slack, thought she was just having a long night. Second time, same attitude. What stood out was how differently she treated us compared to other customers, it seemed like she was putting in the bare minimum for us but chatting it up with everyone else. Given she was solo, I get it was a tough shift, but a little extra effort to make everyone feel welcome would’ve gone a long way. Food was fine, but definitely wouldn’t say it was worth the attitude. I have alpha gal which is an allergy to beef and pork. Most places wouldnt / couldn’t accommodate. This place was AMAZING. The manager made me feel safe and taken care of. The food was juicy and delicious! 10/10 very very grateful so if you have any type of allergies.l, rest assured they will take care of you!

Came from NM to drop our daughter off at Ft. Lewis and stopped in for a bite and a pint. Kayla, our bartender/server was awesome. She was super friendly, constantly busy cleaning, serving drinks, running food all over the restaurant, and our drinks never went empty. She was dancing to the overhead music and singing along quietly. You can tell she enjoyed the work and the people she worked with and it came through in her service. Food was also very good. Came out fast, hot, and fresh. My family will definitely be back next time we are in town!

I’ve came here numerous times for years as I’m local. However , Today 11/9/2025, was an absolute disappointment. The bartender took her time getting me a drink and focused on less mundane tasks rather than me or her customers . Even the elderly woman across from me seemed frustrated with her . After getting me a drink she returned to other things and never offered a menu, left for a bottle of wine and came back still without any tentative service . I had to ask for a menu in which she blamed the host for not giving me one rather than just offering one. The next two gentlemen that came to sit down at the bar were instantly offered menus without question . Im usually not one to post negative reviews but her service skills are awful !! Food was okay though
