If you have gluten allergies do not eat here at all. I requested my egg to be cracked fresh because their regular ready egg mix has gluten in it per their website. After placing the order and telling the server I couldn’t eat gluten and requesting the fresh egg, I heard a conversation between her and the cook, He was giving her a hard time about my request. The waitress playfully told him: what do do you want me to do? It’s what the costumer requested. The cook used the egg mix anyways and told the waitress to bring it out to me and “see what happens”. I was horrified, I told the waitress that I spoke Spanish and was able to understand their conversation. I told her I’d not be eating those eggs, she didn’t offer for the eggs to be re made but I wouldn’t have trusted him to do that anyways. She said she understood but that she tried to tell the cook and he wouldn’t do it the requested way. I was still charged for the meal I couldn’t eat. I left feedback at the corporate page, I received a call 2 days later and let it go to voicemail because it was from an unknown number. I heard the voice mail and called right back, they didn’t pick up any of my calls. Ihop corporate is not looking to make things right. I don’t care as much about being charged but I wish they would make an effort to make sure people with allergies would be safe to eat there.

Walked in with a group from work around 6am. They do not do separate checks at this ihop. Ended up going somewhere else with everyone. Haven’t been to a ihop in years thought it would have been nice to see what’s changed but guess not. Big group dont bother.

I’ve been ordering delivery from IHOP for a while now, and honestly, their food never disappoints. If you’re someone who loves eggs, this is definitely the place to order from they always taste fresh, fluffy, and delicious. Even when my order arrives late, the food somehow still tastes amazing, which says a lot about their quality.
My only complaint is the delivery time. For some reason, my orders usually take at least an hour to reach me. I really wish they could speed that up. But overall, the food itself is worth it.

Just doordashed from here and they gave me the wrong salad dressing! The salad is the worst I’ve seen, there were full leaves of lettuce the couldn’t even chop it up. Thanks for taking the time to ensure good customer service.

First, there were no high chairs for my baby and she had to be seated in the booth with us uncomfortably. Then, the booth had ducts tape on the seat. On top of that, I ordered a strawberry lemonade splasher that had a roach leg in it. Place is dirty. I do not recommend

If you have issues with your experience, don’t bother responding to the link they provide on Google. It is strictly to make it look like they value their customers, but there is no follow through at all.
The food is average, and the restaurant is long overdue for updates, particularly with regard to restroom cleanliness. While we’ve had positive experiences with hardworking servers in the past, our recent visit was negatively impacted by the treatment we received from one server. Based on this experience, we will not be returning.

Visited on the evening of Xmas. They were very busy and were out of some of the items I wanted to order but I assumed that because of the busy holiday. Service was great and food was good. First time at this location.

We decided to grab breakfast at IHOP while on vacation, and my daughter was eager to try the IF Movie Menu. Our meals and drinks were absolutely delicious. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making our dining experience even more enjoyable. It was a delightful stop during our vacation, and we left feeling satisfied and happy.

Have been coming here for 4 years and never a problem until now. Was charged over 20% gratuity for 6 people which is a first. Was not properly done on receipt, waiter scratched out total and wrote a different final price which was over 20% of the bill, I believe to be illegal. Also, the service was horrible on top of that.

We’ve typically enjoyed our meals at this iHop as a family for years with a few foibles on their part here and there but none like today. Our waiter was incredibly unprofessional. He began by giving attitude after we kindly reminded him that we had ordered two different drinks and slammed the correct ones on our table after he brought it back with no apology. We let it go as we wanted to just enjoy our meal and then we were given our bill. At the bottom he scratched out the total and wrote himself his own tip before he even gave us the bill or running the card. This is both unprofessional and illegal. We appreciate that his manager fixed the mistake and stated that she would ‘speak’ to him but we will not be returning here nor will we continue to recommend it as a breakfast spot to our friends or community.
