Buccan was highly recommended and it lived up to the hype. Very good food and lively upscale atmosphere. First of all, get a reservation. Place is packed. You arrive and there’s a line at the door of people with reservations. It’s loud, crowd is dressed up, and super active. Food is very good – but not as excellent as it used to be. Possible the crazy pace night after night has taken food down a notch. Highly recommend the tuna and steak tartare appetizers. Both excellent. For main – the short rib was the highlight. We were disappointed with the yellow snapper and Agnolotti pasta. Service was good but not super friendly. Overall good experience and recommend – reservation a must.

We had an incredible experience at Buccan in Palm Beach. The atmosphere is vibrant yet refined the perfect setting for a great night out. I love how the menu is designed for sharing, with creative dishes that highlight bold, balanced flavors. Everything we tried was absolutely superb!

The staff were impeccable attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable , which made the whole evening flow effortlessly. Overall, Buccan delivers on every level. Can’t wait to go back!

With the latest round of restaurant closures, I find myself trying as many iconic spots, on my wish list, as possible. Yesterday we did just that at BUCCAN located in WPB for a 5pm opening reservation. I’m a huge fan of Chef Clay Conley’s Grato so I was eager to experience his flagship. I can see why Buccan is recommended in the 2025 MICHELIN Guide w/their inventive, bold, local flavors. The space is approachable, sophisticated yet unpretentious, as is the impeccable team. Seth gave us the run down of the menu, including the new & improved and the oldie but goodie. We started w/Hamachi Tiradito, light & bright. Baby Artichoke Caponata, earthy & smoky. Corn Agnolotti (think creamy stuffed fresh pasta), sweet & savory. I appreciated the little touches like every dish was served consecutively instead of all at once, cocktail napkins provided w/out asking & the changing of silverware between dishes. Truth be told, I picked this last night as it was the end of season for “Fried Chicken Sundays” w/all the fixin’s. Well I’m glad I was better late to the party than never because it was all that and more!!! crispy skin, succulent chicken, silky mashed potatoes, rustic collard greens, kettleminded bbq beans and to soak it all up…jalapeno cheddar biscuit. Honestly the only things better were their home made chocolate chip cookies w/sea salt and drum roll…Bananas Foster Butter Cake with banana-rum ice cream I live for a restaurant’s Mic drop moments and Bravo BUCCAN got theirs

As spectacular as we had heard. Each dish was better than the next! Very hip New Yorkish vibe. Brought out of town foodie guests and they were wowed. If I had to pick highlights the tuna crisps sweet corn agnoletti and chicken dishes were to die for. Server Kim was terrific!!

The best fine restaurant in the west palm beach area. Truly a fantastic dining experience with perfect execution. The service was excellent and could have not asked for anything better. The corn agnolotti and the beef tartare were our favorites that you cannot miss. A must if you are in the area.

One of the best dining experiences in West Palm Beach — hands down.

Buccan is the spot. No debate. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere wraps you in this perfect blend of elegance and energy. The vibe is alive — sophisticated yet relaxed, always buzzing with great energy and filled with the kind of people that make you feel like you’re exactly where you need to be.

My girlfriend and I absolutely love coming here for date nights. It’s become one of our favorite rituals — great food, amazing drinks, perfect ambiance. Every time we leave, we say the same thing: “We need to come back soon.”

The Drinks

Their cocktail game is top tier. I had a bourbon-based drink with a citrus twist — smooth, bold, and incredibly balanced. My girlfriend went for a mezcal creation with jalapeño and pineapple — smoky, spicy, and addictive. The mixologist clearly knows what they’re doing.

The Food

We shared a bunch of small plates and honestly, every single one was a hit:

Tuna Crudo — beautifully fresh, paired with creamy avocado and just the right touch of spice from jalapeño.

Short Rib Empanadas — crispy outside, melt-in-your-mouth inside. Comfort food taken to gourmet levels.

Sweet Corn Agnolotti — wow. Pillowy pasta filled with sweet corn, finished with a buttery truffle sauce. It was one of those dishes you don’t want to share.

Shoutout to Michael, who made the whole night even better. His recommendations were spot-on, his timing was flawless, and he checked in just enough without ever interrupting our flow. That kind of service is rare, and we truly appreciated it.

The Vibe

Music. Lighting. People. Everything contributes to this elevated-yet-warm feeling. It’s the kind of place where you’re surrounded by stylish, successful people having a great time — and it makes the whole night feel even more special.

Exceptional! Lots of flavor all around. We loved the tuna crisps, wagyu ribeye and the apple cheesecake the most! The short rib empanada, butternut squash, and corn agnolotti were also great. Will definitely be coming back out next time in palm beach. Our server was also very attentive and helpful.

The Iced Matcha Latte Cocktail was amazing and the food was excellent. Of the dishes we ordered the steak tartar, lobster ceviche, lobster pasta and prime rib burger were our favourite. But everything was excellent.

I came here to celebrate my birthday and also for the experience of trying new flavors, and it was exactly what I hoped for. The food was absolutely delicious, and the waiter’s recommendations were spot on. Everything we ordered was so flavorful and beautifully presented.
