I stopped in the 14/Ryan location today around 5:30 pm. Upon entering there was no one at the counter taking orders and then a woman said she would be right with me but never came to the counter. Finally, I had to ask another woman if she could take my order and she did. I was given a cup for my drink and as I walked towards the drink area I right away noticed how filthy and nasty the floor, counters, and actual drink tray was. Debris was on the floor and all over the counters, etc. Anyone could have slipped and a caution sign was placed in the area. Once I got my food, I told one of the women that someone really needed to clean that area and how nasty it was, and her response was so nonchalant like she didn’t even care what I was saying. I thought if the lobby was that nasty and they didn’t care, I can only imagine what the food preparation area in the back is like. The photos don’t even do it justice. I have been coming to this location for two decades and it will be my last. When I got home, my food was cold with the fries being hard a rock. Don’t waste your money here!!! The other reviews about the food and cleanliness at this location is accurate from what I’ve experienced. Owner, someone needs to supervise your staff and retrain them in customer service skills.

I ended up getting a GrubHub delivery to McDonald’s on New Year’s day morning. The delivery driver was very nice and sweet. I think the McDonald’s staff did absolutely well and were hardworking on the New Years holiday by making sure the food was done fast and put in the bag for the delivery person to pick it up and delivered to the apartment (I was catsitting my sisters boyfriends cat at that time, and wanted to have McDonald’s breakfast delivered to me). The service there was excellent. One minor incident, one of the butters ended up accidentally opened and spilled inside the bag. Oh well, thank goodness I don’t use butter when eating breakfast at McDonald’s due to my allergies . Otherwise, my Big Breakfast tasted delicious and my Dr Pepper was made correctly. I will have to visit this 14 Mile and Ryan location in the future. .

Went here last night with my teen daughter and her friends we ordered on the app. The pm staff was amazing . Which is hard to find in a younger staff. We went around 9pm which is a hard time to get staff engaged because of closing time but this staff treat us like royalty. We got shakes and they were perfect. They were out of the sauce for nuggets that we wanted. But they got us a different sauce and worked with the girls to find the one they wanted and as we were leaving they 67 the girls to make their day complete. This staff was juat amazing! Thank you!

The playplace is soooo dirty. AND they always have the bathroom in the playplace locked, so instead of taking the time to just clean it, they make the parents have to gather all their kids to take ONE to the bathroom. The manager was not helping her employees, but standing in the lobby flirting with a guy unabashedly and talking about her body. There’s also no trash cans in the playplace either which makes cleaning up so difficult with the kids playing. I won’t be back.

This McDonald’s has to be the slowest location on earth. It’s right by my work so I keep giving them chance after chance but everytime I come here I am waiting 20+ minutes for a mobile order. Today I waited 17 minutes in the drive thru and then waited an extra 12 minutes for “burritos”. After waiting for burritos, a worker approached my vehicle and said my order was deleted and asked for my receipt so they could make it. I will not come to this location ever again.

Who thought it was a good idea to put fries in the bag upside down?
Seriously, how careless and disrespectful can you be to your own customers?
This isn’t just about soggy fries — it’s about the lack of attention, the absence of basic standards, and the clear message: “We don’t care.”
If this is the level of service we’re expected to accept from one of the world’s most recognized brands, that’s deeply disappointing.
I don’t usually leave reviews, but this was just too much.

This is by far the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever experienced. I can say though that they are consistent. Consistently terrible. For whatever reason, my app codes never work, even though my phone says that it went through and was accepted. They also get orders wrong and missing items. Just ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. DO NOT GO HERE!

Bun was half slid off the filet. When I opened the bun to straighten it, there was only half pc cheese and the tartar was only on 1 half of bun. The sandwich was too dry. Come on ppl. We can do better than that. ps. I was the only customer inside.

They need to shut this place down. Never gets better only worse. Everyone I know don’t go here and go to other mcdonald’s locations. Lady at the window is rude as hell then while its not busy they continue to ask us what we ordered 3 different times. Kinda weird man.
11/20/25:
Just completely bitchy and rude through the drive through. Almost every morning we go kinda pathetic. Mean nasty old lady. Idk what this locations problem is but its just a joke I dont recommend going to this mcdonald’s. I only do in a pinch.
