Food: the food came out nice and hot. We ordered two tapas but dont feel the price justified for the size to be shareable. The shrimp could have been more of for $12 but that’s me.
The crab rangoons had more cream than crab in it. It was like the ones you can get at Panda Express.
The miso soup was big enough to share. It was nice but I can’t say it was unique to me.
Service: the place was not busy so they were quick to serve but didn’t serve much water to us.
Ambiance: cute small building with Asian decorations. Indoor and outdoor seating.

Enjoyed lunch here with family. Our first time at Itto and we loved it. A couple of us tried sushi rolls prior to our main lunch choices. We all chose Ramen dishes and were so happy with our choices. Large bowls filled with full flavored broth, lots of Ramen noodles along with our choices of ingredients from the menu.
It was a light lunch crowd on this Saturday. We had prompt pleasant service. This is a great option for Ramen and I look forward to coming back to try some of their Asian Fusion dishes. There are three locations in the Asheville area. I definitely recommend Itto!

We visited Itto Ramen today and ordered the Itto Classic ramen. The broth was rich, and the seared pork belly had an amazing smoky aroma and flavor. Miss Sky kindly recommended the pan-fried dumplings, and they turned out to be incredibly juicy and delicious. Her warm and attentive service made our meal even more enjoyable. We truly had a great time dining here ❤️recommend

I had the deluxe ramen. The noodles are on point, thin and cooked well. The broth is also flavorful and delicious. The service is a bit odd. The servers were all hanging out in the corner not tending to the customers.

We are Itto regulars, for dine in and take out, but tonight was a miss. The restaurant was not busy when we arrived. We did take out with 2 ramens, 2 tapas, and 2 orders of mochi. We also ordered 1 extra ramen egg. We checked the bag before leaving and everything seemed fine, but when we got home the extra egg was missing. I put the mochi in the freezer until we were finished eating. When we tried them, the exterior texture was all wrong: dry and cracking. This was a real let down for us at the end of our otherwise tasty meal, despite missing the egg.

I love going here anytime that I can. The food is always guaranteed to be fresh and hot (from my experience). They have amazing ramen, I typically get their deluxe ramen. It’s very filling and the staff are great at being consistent, patient, and professional in their interactions with customers alongside a great variety of choices for foods for most types of diets and preferences.

One of our favorite places in Asheville. We prefer this location to the one downtown though downtown is closer for us as it’s less touristy. We continue to support this place though food was better a few years ago. I hope they will bring back the same quality soon. Love the variety of small bites and definitely the ramen. My go to is the miso ramen and my husband tried different ones from spicy to the seafood one tonight. We have many favorites for tapas. Tonight, we ordered Beef Takaki and Zucchini Katsu. There is a small onsite parking and a patio for warmer days.

Fairly good food, friendly staff and good atmosphere. Service was quick. We had yellowfin tuna, Itto deluxe ramen and chasu don. Tuna was great and the chasu don was also good (the egg could have been better soft boiled). Itto deluxe ramen was okay but I believe the broth could have better umami taste. Overall recommended.

Itto is excellent! By far the best Ramen we have found. My toddler absolutely loves their kale ramen noodles. Great service and staff! The manager remembers my daughter’s order every time we place a pickup order. Thank yall!

I had the Deluxe Ramen and it was fantastic! The broth has a fantastic flavor and was served very hot. The pork was also cooked very well. The service was a little slow, seemed to be due do the kitchen but the food and wait staff is definitely worth it!
