We’ve been to one before and it was great. This time around I don’t know if I would have liked the food or not because he gave us our menu’s and didn’t come back. We waited for a while just talking together ect . and decided to just go to the Arby’s next door since he forgot about us.

I wish I asked her for her name but the light skinned girl with the blue bubble coat? She was the real deal! Very professional and polite. She talks to you in a nice tone and repeats your order back to you. I was missing an item her response “I apologize, no worries I’ll grab that for you!” “would you like some water?” “Anything else I can get for you?” all this while in 16 degree weather. She wasn’t rushing us to order so she could get back inside either. All in all she seems to enjoy her job and the food is always amazing so it was a great experience. If management reads this please show her appreciation, you don’t find many young people with manners and attentiveness like her. Great job!!! 10/10

I have been coming here since the day they opened been a frequent customer usually my go to burger place. But not so much recently, it has been slowly going downhill. We always place our order online and pick it up, so it is faster and we ALWAYS leave more than 20% tip. (I understand people working off of tips and enjoy tipping over 20% to make the servers day). We placed an order online January 10th, 2026 around 9:30pm we got there to pick it up around 9:45pm there were about 5 cars in parking lot. We waited around 10-15mins (which is normal wait) before a man came up to our window asking what we needed. We said we had a takeout order and that he would be right back with it. We waited around 20mins until a lady came up and asked if we had been helped, we said yes still waiting not a big deal food takes time to make and there’s other people in front of us. It got to around 10:30pm we were waiting until and when other people next to us were getting their food first when they arrived 15-20mins after us and almost the entire parking lot was empty maybe 3-4 cars. So we turned our lights back on to see what was up, only to hear the girl ask the guy that came up to us what did those people want they have been waiting for awhile, he said I don’t know I didn’t take care of them (he did in fact take care of us). She said go see what they want he said no and she had to convince him to come up to our car again and ask what we wanted. (I appreciate the girl calling him out like that). We said we were picking up an online order he brought it out to us the milkshake was completely melted the food was so cold the tater tots were inedible, one of the burgers we added bacon onto did not have it on there. This is not the first time we have had to wait a long time for food. The past couple of times we have placed an order we always wait almost an hour for it. Which is not a problem when they are busy, but to see people arriving after you being served and then you are forgotten about makes you not want to go there. We were there waiting for over an hour by the time the food came out. I would not have tipped if we didn’t already online. As someone who has been coming here since day one loving the food, I am very disappointed in the service and the food recently. It is not the same as it used to be.

This was my first time trying this place and this was the worst burger I’ve ever had. The meat was sweet like it was sugar on it. The presentation was terrible. Bun soggy, Lettuce Soggy, and drowned in mustard. Just overall a nasty and sloppy burger and we ordered 3, each one was not good. My husband had the bologna sandwich and said that was good. The fried mushrooms and shrimp was pretty good, potato puffs soft and soggy. The specialty drink with the ginger ale and cherry was the best thing we got. I’d probably never order from here again. The person who took our order provided excellent customer service at least.

I ordered 2 burgers. 1 with cheese . 1 without cheese. I got 2 burgers with tomato and a huge amount of mayo on 1 and no cheese on the other along with 5 other missing condiments I ordered. I called to talk to a manager and was on hold for 15 minutes. very disappointed.

aye shoutout to Swenson’s and the people working there man, everytime I come there I’m always greeted by amazing workers who are super chill and everything, on top of the food there be amazing and their shakes as well, so shoutout to the cooks there too, ya’ll are greatly appreciated for the hard work and effort. Hope ya’ll stay in the area for a long time, keep killin man!

Absolutely love the service. The employees are so nice, I was there on 9/20/25 and the young woman who took my order was so patient with the kids in the car, and she was energetic and cheerful. You don’t see that too much in fast food anymore. They did forget an item in my order but I DO understand that happens…especially when I had such a big order. When I called up there, they happily got it ready for me to and they even refilled my drink for me when I got there. They apologized for the mistake, which I wasn’t mad…it happens. But definitely 10/10 recommend. Especially the deep fried cheesecake

Unbelievably bad. Ridiculous amounts of mustard on burgers and hotdogs. Pouring off. Not just dripping but pouring off. Had them make new ones, came out cold. Hotdogs served on buns that are open on both sides so onions just drop out. And what’s with the sugar in the hamburger meat? Disgusting. Never again.
