Doo not waste your his money. Don’t stop by real quick for lunch. Trash food its almost always old, Wrong or cold! It takes all damn day to even get the order just for it to be cold smh. So. Dang. Slow.
Ordered ahead on the app hoping to expedite the process. Also hoped would be faster since I was getting breakfast instead of dinner, but still room over 20 minutes to get through the drive thru line. Order was correct this time, but frequently missing items in dinner orders and even slower to get through the drive thru.
There aren’t really other drive thru options in the area and this McDonald’s is not particularly busy so I do not understand why it is SO freaking slow.

I ordered a hot mocha, and they tried to hand me an iced frappe. Then when she comes back, she gives me a mocha and an oatmeal cup, because apparently they’re out of cups and lids?
The wait Time is extremely long for the amount of people working inside the mcdonald’s and it really needs some organization since this is the only mcdonald’s in the area now.

Walked up to the door at 7:40 so I could walk inside and pick up a Doordash order. Manager was standing at the door, holding it open. As I walked closer, she started saying “Drive through only, drive through only” repeatedly in a very short, annoyed, and rude tone. First off, what did I do to deserve the attitude? Second off, why are you closing the lobby early? This is my job, and you making me wait in the long drive through line made me lose out on money. Plus the drive through line wouldn’t have been so long if us Dashers could get inside, instead of taking space in the drive through line. You made your own job harder by closing the lobby before you were supposed to. I will never pick up from this location again. Good luck keeping the store open when your managers speak to people that way and close the inside before they’re supposed to (likely to try and get people to go somewhere else because they don’t want to sit in the long line; just being lazy).
Update 01/31/2026:
I just tried picking up two different Doordash orders, and both had been stolen. Both times, the employee just shrugged and didn’t really seem to feel bad that he allowed orders to be stolen. Y’all need to make Dashers show you that they hit confirm. I just wasted so much time and money sitting here waiting for those orders. Not all of us get paid hourly to just stand around and not even do our jobs. The least you could do is feel bad.

I’ve had multiple awful experiences at this McDonald’s. The drive-thru is unbelievably slow — I’ve waited over an hour just to reach the intercom, only to sit there even longer without anyone responding. Employees seem more interested in joking around, cussing, and playing on their phones than actually helping customers. Even in the “fast” lane, orders take forever while others get their food first. The lobby is always closed, mobile and DoorDash orders pile up, and there’s no sense of urgency or professionalism. I spent over an hour waiting for food with barely anyone else there. Avoid this location if you value your time.

Food is always fine about what you would expect from McDonald’s, however the drive through and customer service is terrible. Last experience I sat in the line for 30 minutes with no movement decided to go inside instead and they told me to go back to the drive through. Two workers were standing by the door not doing anything. Not the first time I’ve had a bad experience with the wait time. There are several sweet people working here I do not blame at all however there needs to be more helping them.

Don’t waste your gas nor money at this location. I sat in the drive thru for 30 mins just for them to take the other lanes orders n not ours. then when we pulled up to the window they told us basically they couldn’t take our order. the service is terrible. every last crew member should be fired and replaced because they all lack professionalism. Not my first had experience at this location.

Even though they were slammed and short staffed I did not have to wait long. The gentleman serving the counter was polite and efficient. The young man that was cleaning also did a great job.

It’s always hostile here and ive only gone twice. I’ve been lectured because someone didn’t do their jobs and I was being handed my food. They shut and lock their doors in the middle of the day & their restroom is filthy & had urine on the floor and smells horrifically
