I decided to give chipotle another try after maybe 1-2 years of not ordering it, and needless to say, I was disappointed. Portion was half the size of the bowl, food was cold, and when I went to pick up, my food wasn’t at the mobile pick up stand. I went in line to ask for my order, and was then directed to go back to the mobile pick up stand, but told the employee that there was no orders there. The employee grabbed her manager and she found my order and threw the bag at me and muttered something under her breath.
Absolutely embarrassing behavior. I really hope she finds happiness one day. I won’t be coming back nor will I order chipotle again, no wonder why the company has been doing poorly.

I mobile ordered and went home to find out that 3 toppings were missing from my bowl. I literally paid $3 extra for guacamole and it was missing. I was also missing fajitas and black beans too. It wasn’t even busy when I went so I don’t know why they messed up my order this bad. Portion is small too. Absolutely ridiculous. This isn’t the first time they screwed up my order. This always happens.

Worst chipotle OAT. I just pulled a long blonde hair out of my mouth after ordering online. Its gotta be the management or something for them to be this consistently terrible. I suggest just close the store at this point I keep spending $15 just to get disappointed.

Ordered and picked up varieties ware smaller the. A baked potato and the bowl was half filled! Called and cannot speak to anyone and now I’m out $50. Would love a manager to contact me so I can get a full refund!

FYI, you cannot order a chicken quesadilla because of the time it takes to make and would interfere with all the others in line. I was told to order through the app while standing in the store. See picture for amount of people in line. Chipotle do better.

Without a doubt one of the worst customer experiences I’ve had dealing with a business of any type or size in my entire life. Ordered through a delivery app and while the receipt on the outside of the package was correct inside we found two items from two completely different orders that were incorrect (they weren’t even two items from the same service! One was Grub Hub and one DoorDash). So not only did we not get the correct items, two other groups of people got incorrect items. Again, the receipt on the bag was correct so this is in NO way the fault of our driver.

I then attempted to call the store to let them know the issue and to inform the person packing the orders of their mistake – I wanted to give them a heads up on the chargebacks they will be receiving. Was I able to connect to the store and speak with someone there? OF COURSE NOT! I got some AI abomination that was less than helpful , kept sending me in a loop with no way to speak with another human being. It would have been more helpful if they answered with a laugh track from a 90s sitcom and the creaking sound of a door closing before it just hung up – at least that would have been funny – this is just insulting and pathetic from a company this size.

The only positive thing about this interaction is knowing that AI wont be taking any of our jobs any time soon.

Horrible experience all arounds – from the physical location to Chipotle as a company itself.

Do yourself a favor and refrain from ordering delivery from this location. This isn’t the first time they messed up an order (last time was a few years back during COVID but still…) and I’m sure it won’t be the last. Whoever is running this store needs to reevaluate their approach to training because I don’t know if I will ever be ordering from any Chipotle again since the experience was so bad both at a local and corporate level.

Not like it used to be. Not a clean atmosphere. Not a place i would go out of my way for.

Ordered for my teens meal and then the lady just went right to the next person and took her order. Never asked if we were done. I hate being rushed. So saved myself $$$ poor customer service.

Food amt at any chipotle is never consistant. Always depends on the worker. It never fails, we watch an employee prepare the person before us and it looks like it could feed 3 ppl and then we get someone else and barely get enough for 1 person when trying to share 1 meal lol.

Your workers need to be trained all over again because they dont know what fresh food is and how to pack a pick up order nicely for the customers to eat. The stations for sauces and plus, it was verrrrrry dirty, the workers gloves seemed like they were not frequently changed over many years . Covid is not over yet guys. I ordered freakin 60 dollar worth of food and I got this mess. I added extra steak and chicken, it was a waste of food and money. I went as soon it should be done but it seemed like it was made hours ago because the meat was very dried. The meat was almost like wood chips. I ordered hard tocos but when i got it, it was more like soft toco. Why cant they make good food to make people want to eat at thier place??? Who would order it if it isnt fresh nor want to come often? It was fine first few years with this store but recently, i guess the workers are lacking off. Doesnt matter if you guys are busy, why couldnt you guys think to separate the salad with the hard tocos?? This looks like you didnt realize that the order had hard tocos in it and just dumped the salad into the new bowl with the hard toco, after you realized it was a wrong order. Why??? Just whyyy?? Was it hard for you guys to make an order for hard tocos and fresh salad?? Giving customers “hard time” No wonder you guys have BAD reviews and ratings. Im never ordering from here again! NEVERR! I wish there was lower rating than one star because its too much for your below average food services!

I got 2 bowls.. they gave me pitiful portions of each and overcharge for everything… I’ve never had a chipotle do this.. I would not come back.. the workers were pleasant but the portions are not what they used to be and I’m somehow getting charged more. Double steak should be more than this.. I remember what it used to be. I asked for mild tomato and they gave me green salsa.

When ordering I was greeted by an old friend, It is just disappointing that petty grievances have to be brought into the workplace. I was given VERY LITTLE rice and protein by a purposefully disrespectful worker. She gave me very little rice which is the base of the meal, so i’m not sure how she expected me to mix in the rest of my normally portioned toppings. i just believe it is unprofessional to let things outside of work effect your performance and work ability. I was nice and friendly but instead was met with a cold and bitter attitude. I was unaware of her employment here and will continue to be disappointed by the unprofessional. I will not be back as long she is.
