Stopped into the Waffle House for a quick and delicious meal. The restaurant itself was very clean and well managed. We were greeted in the most friendly way and I really appreciated the service we received. All in all it was a great experience, I had the All Star Special, over easy , Grits and Bacon. The waffle itself was crispy, just the way I like it.

This was the worst experience. I 100% understand that it gets busy . But to just say it’s going to take a long time all because you can’t call the order out that’s not okay . Summer is extremely rude and kept cussing and stating how she’s in the wrong line of work and overwhelmed. I was never rude to her until she was rude to me .

The prices are ridiculous. $5 for a thin waffle the size of my small hand. $3 for a cup of coffee. $3 for a small bowl of gravy. $10 for a cheesesteak bowl that downsized from when they first came out. This is too much. I’ll stick with other local fast food restaurants. At least they have deals.

Was craving for waffles and came here. I didn’t like the greasy feel of the restaurant but they cook in here all day so. The attendant was nice. The food was okay. I didn’t like the waffles because they were soggy when i got them. I like waffles little crispy so next time i go ill remember to order that way.

I just wanted to take the time out to acknowledge the district store manager Mr. Shad Adams. He is a great leader and is very well respected by his employee’s. Every time I come to eat either at this location or thomasville location Shad is a pleasure to watch and a great person to talk to. The cooks made all the food wrong for the whole table and the waitresses didnt correct them nobody’s food came out at the same time it was all in stages and half ass cooked I got scrambled eggs and it looked like an undercooked omelette then it was like 15 minutes between each stage of people food they never changed the gloves from touching the keys in his pocket to wiping things down to touching the meat and things to cook it was just super nasty then when I called them out on it and how they just touched toast with no gloves on and he told me I was wrong and that it was for them but even so with everything else it was pure and utterly nasty and I do not appreciate having to spend my hard earned money $50 for food that was nasty and I didn’t even eat !! Wish I got a picture but never again

My husband and I stopped here on our way home from Charlotte, around 1:30pm, and the customer service was amazing! Our waitress YuVonne, whom had been at work since 9pm the previous night, was awesome! As tired as she must have been, she treated us just like we were the first customers of her shift. The food was good and fast!

My parents and I went in for lunch yesterday as we were walking to the front door a waitress was holding the door for us. Never been anywhere where an employee has done that. The service was perfect in every way. Everyone was friendly and the food was hot and fresh. Definitely recommend this staff and their kindness. Definitely going back soon
