The picture added is my crunch wrap that I paid extra for it to have a steak in it. It is just ground beef just like the other ones that I paid extra for it doesn’t even look like a crunch wrap. It’s a flimsy tortilla with a taco shell in it and some vegetables. The kid at the front counter was nice, but they are obviously rushing making the food and so I paid extra and didn’t receive what I paid for coming from somebody that is an expert in the food industry. This is 100% unacceptable and needs to be addressed when somebody pays for something. It’s theft if they don’t get it

Holy bananas!! Stopped going here awhile back because nothing was ever right and food was never fresh but went here tonight because the kids asked and WOW! Everything in our order was correct and the service was amazing!! Food was hot and fresh! Whoever was working tonight killed it!!

The drive-thru line was PACKED tonight and it took a while to get through, but once you made it to the window you were greeted with a smile and a genuine apology for the wait. Despite their overwhelm, my order was correct, the food was prepared with care and delicious. The lady who helped me claimed they were so busy because of trick or treating tonight, but I noticed no other full drive-thrus along my route. I think this place stays busy because they are doing something right. Kudos and thanks!

So glad I ordered soft taco supreme no sour cream. Apparently that also means little to no cheese or tomatoes. And of course won’t answer the phone because they’re too busy screwing up other orders. So sick of paying high prices & they can’t even get the damn order right. I even went in!!

I ordered 2 cheesy rice and bean burritos with beef added. They tasted so awful I couldn’t finish them, and that was after one had busted, making a mess of my car and myself. The service was fast and friendly though.

Who in their right mind thought it was a good idea to have a menu item “discovery luxe box” and it might be something completely different the next day? How is someone that doesnt frequent Taco Bell supposed to order if it’s different every time? That’s bad marketing! And the manager working there this evening needs some more training. She has terrible customer service skills. The cashier was amazing and I wish I had gotten her name so that I could leave her a complement here. Don’t pay $9 for the box with the tiny burritos and the chalupa. It is a complete waste of money. Especially when you think it’s going to be a steak poblano quesadilla.

My husband got home from picking up our food. Just to realize we were given the wrong order. He said the parking lot was empty and only two cars Infront of him. That is ridiculous and a waste of our money. Will not be returning if they can’t even give the right food to the right people

This place is always busy busy! I never have to wait for very long even when the drive through is backed up to Mississippi.
The app comes in clutch and hasn’t went wrong on anything up to this point. The rewards add up for free food.

We got bean burritos. The beans were hard and dry. They forgot my drink so I went in to get it. I stood at the register counter for 10 minutes before they stopped what they were doing and helped me. My soda was watered down. They said that the soda machine needed to be cleaned. I had them refund my money back
