Worst bww experience ever, especially disappointing since went there to celebrate a birthday. It started off bad when we were seated at a dirty table, when we asked them to clean it, they seated us at a different table that was only slightly cleaner. Took forever to get our food, and when we did finally get it, it was cold. FYI, cold onion rings do not taste good. Then somebody made it a takeout order, but instead of putting it on plates and making it hot, they just gave it to us like that. So we had all these take-out boxes all over the table. If we would have wanted that experience, we could have ordered take out. They forgot our drinks, we had to ask for them and finally got them part way through our meal. Hardly anybody there, just a few other tables and a few people at the bar, not even busy. We were here a year ago and everything was great, not sure what happened since then. After looking at a lot of other recent similar reviews, we won’t be back.

First time in this establishment and it was perfect for a quiet Monday night date night. Food was good, atmosphere was good, and the T.Vs couldn’t have been placed any better. Our waitress was attentive and our food came out in a reasonable amount of time.

We placed a take out order, costing over $70. I was really disappointed. We ordered 3 items-nachos, a 20 piece wing, and a buffalo chicken salad. The nachos were a soggy mess and simply inedible. The salad was decent-I didn’t realize they would put the dressing directly on the salad instead of leaving it on the side like most restaurants do-so it was a little soggy but the flavor was decent. We ordered a 20 piece traditional wing with 4 different flavors-salt and vinegar, lemon pepper, chipotle, and Buffalo (all dry rubs). We received only chipotle and Buffalo flavors. That was really disappointing since a 20 piece wing is over $30 and it wasn’t even correct. The actual flavor of the wings was decent though. It just would have been nice to get exactly what we ordered. I actually haven’t ate at BWW in years because it was getting so expensive but wanted to try it again. It obviously was not worth it. If you do order take out from there I suggest you double check the bag to make sure the order is correct, make sure your salad dressing is on the side, and skip the nachos entirely (unless you’re dining in-they might be ok if they don’t sit in a box).

This restaurant still stands out well. There were issues I was finding with the quality of food. It came back to standard due to changes in staff (cook).

Extremely disappointed with the service today. Took over an hour to get our drinks, and even longer for food. My dad wanted to go there for Veteran’s Day (also his birthday!) and we arrived at 11:10am not long after opening. The place was busy, but I’ve seen it worse before and never had such a poor experience. Our server already seemed frazzled when she finally came to our table. We ordered 2 waters, a soda, an appetizer and our meals all at once. We watched as people continued to get sat and many people left upset after waiting for a long time fo drinks/food. After an hour I stopped the waitress and asked of we could please get our drinks (none of the tables in her section had drinks) She finally brought them, I helped her at the drink stand and later returned to get my own refill. I saw the manager ordering the waitresses to take alcoholic beverages to tables that were just sat (and not in their section) I asked the waitress if they were shorthanded, she said only 3 people were scheduled and she was very overwhelmed. Obviously the manager is the problem here. Our appetizer came out after an hour and fifteen minutes of waiting. The onion rings were cold. Then our food came out about 20 minutes later. I had to flag down someone for the check, then when she took the card she stopped to help two other tables before running it. No apologies from the staff either, and it was a terrible experience. Took 2 hours total for a simple meal on a weekday before the lunch rush. Lots kf patrons looked upset, waiting for food that wouldnt even come out hot. My dad had never been to a Buffalo Wild Wings before and now he will never want to go back. And I won’t be back to this location again either. Terrible service.

I am not one to normally leave reviews but I think this terrible experience warrants one. First off, we were asked not once but TWICE if we were ready to checkout before we even were served our entrees. When our entrees finally did come (after waiting 1.5 hours) it was cold. When we let the waitress know (her name was Gabby by the way) she said “oh I totally expected that”. Yes, those were her exact words. She took the food back and we proceeded to wait another 30 minutes, during which she asked us again if we were ready for the check yet my husband still had not been served his meal. It would be one thing if they were busy, I totally get sometimes it can get hectic working customer service, but this restaurant was practically dead other than maybe 2 or 3 other tables (she was NOT the only server by the way) She finally brings out the food and we ask for our check and a to go box. Had to remind her again for the check and the box and then when we were only brought out the check we had reminded her a third time for the to go box to which she finally remembered to bring over to us. Will never eat here again and I recommend you don’t either.

We were seated for an hour before we even got our drinks(only after asking if we could get our drinks). And then an hour and 15 minutes our appetizers came out completely cold as though they sat in the window. 20 minutes later and entrees come out only Luke warm at best. Pretty sad for Veterans day and only 3 server’s. Also our daughter went and filled our drinks because they never came back to give us refills. Will not be back to this location. Watched several people just leave because their meals were taking an hour plus.

I normally don’t do this but this was the worst experience at a restaurant I’ve ever had. Multiple tables in our area were unable to receive service, no one helped us nor cared when us plus a couple other tables got up to leave. Mind you it was NOT busy at all.

after already being served undercooked chicken here and dealing with rude staff, my boyfriend and i decided to give it another try. thursday night we go, are served drinks with white sauce of sorts on it, waited several minutes on replacements, and still was served drinks with white sauce on the inside of the cup. this was not initially taken off of the bill but had to be brought to a manager to remove it. our waitress was very sweet and checked on us despite it being busy, but all other staff seemed confused when i tried addressing my concerns with them. overall, i would not ever take myself or anyone else back to this restaurant despite giving it multiple chances over the course of multiple years. the wings are good here (when cooked!) but other than that i have no desire to ever go back.
