1st and last time trying this place. Food was absolute garbage from the tacos, to the potatoes, to the churro. Everything was disgusting. Pricing is great either. Taco bell is hit and miss at best, and even Taco Bell is world’s better. Do not recommend. Won’t be back. F-

Other than the potato oles having way to much salt on them and the burrito being very spicy, more than needed, we LOVE Taco John’s.
The bacon ranch chicken wrap is to die for at Taco John’s! No one makes one that can compare. I’ve had them at every fast food, practically and McDonald’s, Burger King, and Wendy’s don’t come close!
Plus, the Apple Grandes are unlike AMAZING!
My hubby and his family have been going to Taco John’s ( mostly the one in Beloit) since the early 70’s. And, they’d always get multiple Apple Grandes each because they are soooooo yummy!

This was once a fav of ours, but haven’t been in years. We stopped here the other day, excited to stop. Wife’s burrito was cold, but taco was decent. My Super Zpitato Ole was also decent, but looked miserable, lacking any edible presentation. Also, my double taco, hard on the inside, soft on the outside, was all soft, had little taste, and was too saucy.

Paid $35 for 6 gross tacos filled halfway what they should have been with meat. And two rock hard churros. I’d rather go to Taco Bell or a food truck and get way more. These guys have fallen way downhill.

And don’t stop at Taco John’s very often. But Saturday night around 11:00 there wasn’t many options so I pulled in and they had their two fiesta tacos for $5 and I have to say they were actually quite good nice chunks of chicken I was actually quite impressed. I believe you get a choice between steak or chicken for their tacos. Definitely going to have to stop in again.
