This place is a joke I’d Order online with doordash to get a discount and I ordered a 12 piece dinner and my food was horrible the people was very unorganized I called door Dash to get a refund and they did refund my money thank you dardash I would never come to this place again

Got in the drive thru at 530 orderee at 532. Now i get in a rush you run outta things. But, dont tell me 2 or 3 minutes for wedges and it turns into 28 minutes . Now the time is 6:02 pm , I had to walk in and ask about our order and was told if i wanted the baked beans i ordered it was gonna be an additional 12 more minutes . So i said just make it another wedge on the order .
Get home and start feeding the family and boom the extra gravy i ordered is not here either. So a 50.98 Order ruined for a sunday dinner.

Normally I don’t’t leave comments. But ordered through Door dash.They sent the wrong order with the dasher. When I called the store the associate had to tell the staff to make my food. Had waited nearly 1.5 hours to receive incorrect order. Needless to say, I never received my nearly $70 order. Will not be doing business with this location again.

I am a little disappointed that the gizzards seem to be hit or miss depending on the day, but I will say that our chicken was even better than I recall having it and that the mobile ordering saved a bunch of time vs traditional ordering.
I was most excited about the gizzards, knowing that they were hit or miss but today they were bitter and very tough. If this was my first time having them, I’d never return and reluctant to try the other items on the menu. It wasn’t though, and honestly the bone in chicken was better than I recall it ever being, and that says a lot as it is consistently good in flavor.
Staff was friendly and front of house looked orderly. It was busy, Sunday lunch time but looked like they were very efficient with getting orders out

For us, it was a great visit! I can only speak from our experience. During our visit, we were greeted by the front line and they took our order immediately. We ordered a 12-piece family dinner and we were out of there with 15 minutes.
There were about 5 cars in the drive through and about 5 people inside waiting on their orders. This is not counting our order. The staff was respectful and moving as fast as they could. They were busy and it’s understandable as to why it took some time to get our order.

Came through tonight after not being able to ¹qplace an order on the app. Ordered two dinners and a side or Mac and cheese and a side of coleslaw. Guess what i didnt get but paid for, my sides.
Plus ordered two extra cups of BBQ, got bonsai sauce. I mean the food I got was good, but this is why I hadn’t came back in almost two years, order stuff and dont get it.
Of course, as I gave guy st the window my card he wandered off to look at something, then almost forgot to run my card. I mean, not so mad about that part, just focus, man. But maybe I’ll come back again in the future, was super bummed when you’re looking forward to something, that you pay for, and dont get it. Great end to a rough day.
Edit: not long after my review, a manager, Stacy Haynes, reached out to me and asked about my incorrect/missing orders. She took my information and said she would send out a coupon for me.
Received the coupon just two days ago, as stated she would. I want to thank her for stepping up righting the missing order. I truly appreciate that, and it shows Lee’s, their management, and staff do care about their customers. In a time where companies snd management don’t really care, this shows there are still some darn good ones out there.

Good food and great service. This was the first time I had been in this particular Lee’s and I was having lunch with some friends. My friends have frequented this Lee’s a few times and the manager treated them as if they were long time friends. This was not the typical run of the mill service.

The food is fantastic, but I have yet to go to this location and not have a long wait. They are consistently understaffed for the amount of business they have. They run out of one or more menu items every time I come. While I will try other Lee’s locations to see if they better, I won’t be back to this one.

Great food, terrible service at this location. Consistently understaffed, disorganized, and slow. Wait times of 30+ minutes are not at all uncommon. It’s a shame, too, because their food is *amazing*.
