So…. Been waiting for 30mins in the drive thru. This is after I waited 10 minutes inside. Only for them to tell me they’re not taking any inside orders due to them being backed up. So it’s bad managing or something because they seemed to have plenty of staff working. Edit** A total of 1 hour in drive thru for a whopper combo meal.

Placed a pickup order so I didn’t have to wait in line to receive the food I paid almost $30 for… I sat in line, behind 3 other vehicles for over 20 minutes to receive cold food and a missing order of fries that was part of a meal and on the receipt. This is an establishment that calls itself “fast food” but has Sit-In Restaurant wait times and prices, but sub-par food and service even when compared to similar fast food restaurants in town. The only way I’d recommend this dumpster fire of an establishment is if YOU WANT to eat food that’s cold by the time you make it home whilst paying well over what the food is worth. I’ve received better from McDonald’s.

I ordered a meal with two plain burgers, a fry, and a large Dr Pepper.
They gave me 4 burgers, none of which actually had been made plain and another one of the burgers had BACON added on top of it as well as the pickles, mustard, and ketchup that I specifically asked for it to not to have on the top.
The fries were good, they were cold and had an onion ring tossed inside which I didn’t really mind.
Then they had forgotten the drink and I had to ask where it was and they asked “what drink? I can’t see it on the receipt can you find it for me?” When it was clearly printed “LG DR PEPPER”
First thing, they weren’t even busy. Second, one of the workers seemed under the influence of drugs and was slurring her speech insanely while taking other people’s orders. It was also the fact it took 40 MINUTES for our pre placed online order to be done (ordered at 8:03 pm arrived at 8:12 pm and the food was finally given to us at about 8:47 pm) which was ridiculous considering how slow it was and how little the workers were actually doing. I saw three of them looking at bags and not doing anything with them. This happened on February 20th if anyone was curious, this is unbelievable.

Tables were dirty. Girl came out and looked at them and then walked away. She didn’t clean the tables. My burger patty was dry, like it had been sitting under the lamp for awhile. My unsweet tea was colored water with no tea taste. Good luck!

If you subscribe to cable TV and have a DVR and always fast forward through commercials then there is no way that you could ever know that this deal exists. Between you and me Burger King offers two single breakfast sandwiches every day for $5.00. Doubles are $6.00 (Tax included $6.50 on the nose.) I order two number eight sandwiches every day. There is not a sign inside or outside of the restaurant that advertises this deal. You need to ask for it.

Love me some Burger King but what happened. The attendant taking my order was so distracted they asked several times what my order was. And not a misunderstanding but would ask and immediately turn their head and ignore me. If the line, “if the front is bad, the food prep is worse” is true, I am truly frightened. The whole store looked as of my uncle was keeping it together with bubble gum. The mounted seats were leaning bad, had rough bolt heads on the sitting face, or hobbled together with parts from my dad’s garage…or a combination there of. I had to move for sliding off my seat.
